This local company and staff in Kitchener are very very good in providing strong technical service with professional well mannered and trained technicians. Always. I have had them for service four times over the past five years. First for Central Air and Furnace and Alex, sales, did all my rebates for me and then for regular scheduled maintenance and last year for a water heater.. Two other firms, large ones, were somewhat impersonal and not technically competent to perform the proper work efficiently. They wanted to take out the ceiling in my finished rec room. Was not necessary.. I have spent 35 years hiring, training and managing field service personnel and these men are very good. Products recommended are very good. Bob in Waterloo
January 4, 2015, woke up to no heat, furnace was toast, not good for us as we have 2 yr old and no backup electric heat. Had an absolutely horrific experience with [redacted] earlier in the month in trying to get a simple repair done so they were out of the question even though they are a stone throw from our house.
Took a drive just up the street to Infinity on Victoria St and was met by a very pleasant gentleman by the name of Cyrus. We explained our situation and asked for some options and pricing. Talk about the perfect Customer experience! Cyrus was a wealth of knowledge and not once did he try and up-sell us on anything.
He gave us a variety of options from lowest cost to highest cost, from most efficient to less efficient. He himself opted to come to our home within the hour and make some recommendations to us based on our needs and the money we were willing to spend.
True to his word he was in our home an hour later and based on our needs once again made some suggestions from lowest priced to highest and beyond our needs.
I was absolutely floored to learn that the [redacted] Model we were interested in came with a 10 year Parts & Labor warranty as well as 24/7 emergency call in if we ever did experience an issue.
Before we signed on the dotted line we also inquired about any deals they might have on an AC unit. As luck would have it [redacted] had a combo package on sale right now and given the pricing we opted for the Combo Package. We ended up saving over $700 dollars in rebate which is coming to us directly from [redacted] in the form of a Cheque.
Given we had no heat in the house my next question was when could the work be done. Cyrus recognized our urgency due to our son and said he'd have a crew at the house the next morning by 830am. Sure enough 2 fantastic guys showed up at our door at 827am and quickly got to work, which I might add began with them laying drop sheets across the entire length of my floorsand down to the basement where the furnace is located. I answered a few questions i.e. where is thermostat, hydro panel etc and off to work I went. Got home at 5 to find them finishing up their cleaning.
Cudos to those 2 gents, they walked me through all the work that was done, the features of my units and asked if I had any questions. They left my home in pristine condition and we couldn't be happier.
If your reading this, don't even hesitate for a second to give Infinity a call or stop by their showroom. You won't be sorry. I'd recommend Cyrus and his crew in a heartbeat and fully intend to spread the word that these are the guys you definitely want to deal with.
