Infiniti of Columbus will terminate current lease and do a new lease on a Qequipped with factory remote starter and not add any negative equity or sales tax from previous leaseI have left Ms*** messages on Monday March 6th and on Tuesday March 7th that we would do this and at the
payment which she said would be acceptableI would like to get this handled at her earliest convenience

The motor has had this tick for a long timeYes the truck was purchased months ago, but the tick has been going on since after the first tI brought the truck back for the heat shield rattleWhen I called them to tell them the trouble was crucial, the sales manager (Tony) told me not to worry, he will have his guys look at it and we could go from thereWhen I talked to the service manager (Tom) said that if the problem looked like it could have been pre-existing, he would tell them they should fix itWhen they came to the conclusion it needed a new motor everyone shut downThese cars are supposed to go through an inspectionIf the motor wasn't damaged when they did their inspection; how could it go bad simply driving the vehicle back and forth to work? I understand they do not want to lose money but holding themselves responsible and doing the right thing should be firstIf they truly believe what they are saying? Why would they offer to pay anything for the truck they sold me "as is." The second soolution they had for me was to trade me out of the vehicle, but also told me that I would have to increase my payment because I got such a great deal on that truckWhy such a great deal? Because they knew the motor had bad bearings? I do not want a hassle but I also do not want to spend to fix the 17,truck I bought months ago
