I am rejecting this response because: I have a trust issue with them. The general manager emails Revdex.com and states he called me and apologizedYes he called, no he did not ever once apologized. I have the recorded message and if any one wants to hear it and see who is telling the truth. They also had a woman call me states there was a confusion. Not on my part I knew what I wanted. Confusion was on them not knowing how to tell the truth. They failed to see the whole picture If they were not so narrowed minded and honored their mail flyer they would have gotten more money out of me for coming back for more services. But, that is never going to happen. After reading some of the *** reviews I am not the only one having a trust issue with them. They wasted my time, they wasted my gas. Want me to drive another 40-miles out of my way. I made arrangement to have someone else to change me oil. No thanks to them having someone else change my oil is taking more of my time and gas. They want to settle this I'll accept a $cash card

I am rejecting this response because:  my car only had the headlamp problem on my very first visit to them and after their technician worked on my car and change the drivers belts thats when it started making loud noise , leaking big puddles of antifreeze, I told them my car never had done that before they wouldnt listen to me and charged me all this money and I needed my car back so I paid it .  then the censors going out and I had to tow my car to them, then the windshield monitor pump I was working until I took my car to them ,but there is no possible way I could ever let their technician work on my car after all of this.  on 08/29/16 I took my car to a reputable shop and they changed the ballast, windshield wiper pump .  and I had asked them to check my a/c because it stopped blowing cold air on sunday 08/28/16 so they did and their technician said that who ever worked on my car last when replacing belts did not tighten the a/c belt and adjuster assembly down and it fell completely off the motor , so I had to replace another of infiniti's mess'es this is why I reject there offer and am asking for a  50% refund when I know they owe me alot more .

Review: On the day of May 21 2016 I had taken my 2001 Infiniti QX4 in for a headlight. I did not want to take it to someone who did not specialize on my car type. Anyways, My driver side low beam light was not working so I went and was advised that I should get an inspection to see what was going on with my car. They came back and told me that the light that I thought was out was fine it was just a blown fuse but they also noticed a couple of belts that needed to be replaced. All of this work was done that day. Great service I thought, I walked out of there that day on May 21st paying $394.26 that was great with me. A week later I began noticing the belts squeaking, a puddle of ant freeze under my vehicle. This was new to me because I have never had a problem with my car until the headlight. So I scheduled yet another car inspection on the day of June 1st. not even one month after the first. Please understand I am a normal middle class woman with a full time job so this being the second day I have had to take off due to car problems was not a great day for me. I went in and service kept my vehicle to diagnose it and see what was wrong. From the notes I see that they had test drove the vehicle and seen no problems. I took my vehicle home and the next morning there was yet again a huge puddle under my car. Please let me remind you that I have never had any problems with my car before the headlight. Now I have been to Infiniti twice in less than 1 month for what was supposed to be as simple as a new headlight. my belts have never squeaked, Never any puddles and never this much headache. On June 2nd 2016 1 day after they have told me "nothing is wrong" I am taking off work yet again for car problems . I walk in and explain to them what is happening, showing pictures of the puddles. This time they gave me a rental and kept my vehicle for a week. In these notes on my invoice from 6/09/2016 there are 11 lines of hose leakage problems. So I ask you, do things like this normally happen over night? A great running vehicle goes into your place of business coming back with ghost like problems? All after a simple headlight problem. I pay $2,436.45 on 6/09/2016 this is after I had received a "break" on the coast of labor. I feel as though they knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle and wanted to make more money off of me. I am not satisfied but I pay it because like every other person I need a car to make it to work every day. Now on June 15th 2016 I come out of my work and my car will not start. I had my car towed to your place of business that was $99.00 dollars for a tow. Nothing like this has ever happened in the time of owning this car. After keeping my car for 2 more days they have replaced censors and test drove my vehicle again to make sure that nothing else is wrong with it. Now this time walking out of Infiniti I have paid $587.61 on 6/17/2016. This now being a total of $3,517.32 dollars I have spent on what was supposed to be a simple head light. You think this headache would be over with at this point. No on June 19th 2016 I take in my car for the SAME exact headlight that I had brought it in the very first visit. This is ridiculous, I stay at your place of business for 3 hours to see what is wrong with my vehicle and after the 4 visits, all of the days you held my car, all of the "Test Drives" and all of the "nothing is wrong" I have a diagnostic saying my headlight fuse, my right side ballest, 2 intake timing vulvae sensors ,washer fluid pump (because now that has broken) and wipers need to be replaced for a total of $2,027.02Desired Settlement: I want my car fixed I want my headlight and all of the problems on the last diagnosis to be taken care of at absolutely no coast to myself. I know I deserve ALOT more than that and alot of my money back.

Review: We are wanting a different vehicle. It is advertised to get 19 in town and 26 on fwy, with an average of 22 mpg. The mileage we are getting is 17 mpg. We get this in town, on the fwy and whenever and whomever drives. We have driven the vehicle 9800 miles with no change in performance. We would not have purchased this vehicle if we would have known this would be the fuel mileage it is false advertising.Desired Settlement: We would like to turn the car back in. We are requesting a refund of money put down, tax, lic and doc fees. We understand we are responsible for the cost of our trade in deficiency. We were told they would pay it off but later learned that wasn't the case.

Review: I bought a used car from this dealership. When I purchased the car, I was told that it had a "Bumper to Bumper" and 100,000 Mile warranty still on the car. I called my local dealer to have a repair done and was informed that the warranty expired in 2009!!! Now they won't acknowledge any emails that I have sent to them. I am sending emails so that I have everything in writting.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fix the right front strut on my car as they should have done initially rather than trying to pawn me off to another dealership.

Good afternoon. I wanted to extend an apology that your questions about your cars coverage have not been responded to. I was informed that you have some questions and concerns about the Q-Certified Warranty that your Dodge Calliber has - below is a little information about the Q-Certified program and some of the items covered.

It seems that we need to set up an appointment to have your caliber inspected and submit a claim to the warranty company to determine if the part / issue is covered.

I am sorry that the warranty was not explained thouroghly to you - it is not a factory Dodge warranty. It's called Q-Certified and covered 2 years / 100,000 miles on limited powertrain. I attached a copy of the warranty paperwork too.

Review: Elk Grove Infiniti sends me a flyer for my [redacted] for an oil change $10.00. I call to make an appointment and mention the coupon. I'm told to give the coupon to the service writer when I arrive for service. At no point did they tell the coupon was not good. They could have sent me another letter stating there was a misprint in the flyer. How do I know that the flyer was a fraud to begin with to get me into the service department, then tell the coupon is no good. This is not the first time I been lied to from them. I never received my $25 check for a test drive. Most dishonest dealership I ever came in contact with. I would like them to give a $50 check for cash not services for wasting my time and gas.Desired Settlement: $50 cash check not for services. For wasting my time and gas. Now I have to go get a oil change scheduled again. Being dishonest, they should have honored their coupon. It was a dealership flyer. They should have read over their flyer. It shows they are to lazy or just do not give a dam about customers.
