I turned in my old 2017 Q50 lease and leased a new 2020 Q50. At the time of negotiation if the deal we went over several numbers that I couldn’t afford at the end we negotiated on $1104 payoff amount and $450 car payment. After making the deal and signing paperwork I asked where my hard copies were and they(Geno *** sales manager and Alex sales representative) said they will email them to me. That was on June 15 2020. Today July 8th I get a letter from Infiniti stating I owe a remainder of $2,950.83 to payoff remainder of lease payments. When I asked what this was I didn’t get any response I personally went into the dealership to be told “Yes you owe that amount to Infiniti” I have paperwork to back my claims
Good Afternoon Ms. On June 15 2020 you signed an agreement that you would be paying your remaining payments yourself. (please see attached)The attached we owe form shows that you agreed to pay your remaining
payments yourself. You initialed and signed the bottom. At this point based on the information we have you knew the day you leased your new car from
us that you would be paying your remaining payments.We take pride in our customers satisfaction with their purchases
and we do our absolute best to make sure there are no unforeseeninconveniences for them.
