Dear Revdex.com In response to the complaint about the remaining balance owed to Ms [redacted] We have spoken toMs [redacted] a few times, while she was awaiting her paymentOne of the calls, was a three wayconference call with lnfiniti Customer Affairs, which she was told that we needed to receive a free andclear title from the state, which we had not at that timeA short time after (July 28, 2016,) we did finallyreceive the title from the state, and according to the title number Alaska Fed USA did not apply for thetitle until July 14, However, upon receipt of said title, we found that Ms [redacted] did not sign withthe correct name for her release of interest, the odometer statement, or the power of attorneyIn turn,this means that the title is null and void to us until proper documentation has been provided by Ms[redacted] , please see attached copyIn addition, Ms [redacted] hired an attorney that we have conversedwithThe attorney finally obtained, and mailed, the required documents, and Ms [redacted] 's paymentwas mailed to her attorney's office September 8, in the amount of 8397.74, check# 12313Regards,Niece N***Office managerlnfiniti of Lynnwood *Please view attached document*
