Absolutely horrible service provided by Infiniti of Manhasset, DAMAGED my vehicle and claimed no responsibility for the damage. When I asked them to show proof that the vehicle wasn't damaged they told me they have no camera footage of photos taken prior to the service. I came for a detail, there should have been no reason that my front bumper has a huge crack that was not there before.

Review: On Sunday May [redacted] I visited Infiniti of Manhasset to purchase a vehicle. I agreed to move forward with purchasing a CRV. They requested I provide them with a deposit in the amount of $500. To which I provided a check in the amount of $500. The salesman advised the car would be ready the next business day for pickup and processing. I received a call on Monday 5/** from the sales rep that the dealer was not in possession of the Title for the vehicle so they wouldn't be able to process the transaction and they would contact me mid week to provide a status. On Wednesday 5/** I had not received any update from the dealership and made the decision to no longer move forward with the sale. I contacted the original salesman and requested I be refunded with my $500 deposit. The Salesman advised I needed to visit the dealership personally in order to sign paperwork to end the sale of the vehicle and subsequently process a refund for my deposit. On Thursday 5/** I visited the dealership, signed the necessary paperwork and was advised that my check would arrive within two weeks. I followed up with the dealership several times to obtain a status and either no one responded to my calls, no one returned my calls and when I did speak to someone they advised I would receive the check within a few days. as of today 7/** Infiniti of Manhasset has still yet to return my deposit.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit refunded.

Review: infinite of manhasset screwed me they told me they will pay the last 4 payments of my lease they only payed 3 they said I signed the paperwork stated it was only 3 I trusted their kindness so I did not read the paperwork I know I should have read it before signing.. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE TEAM I HAVE EVER VISITED IN MY LIFE. THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE, THEY LIE ABOUT EXPECTATIONS AND THEY HAVE CAUSED ME EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF MONEY ON PROBLEMS THEY CAUSED, CLAIMED THEY CANT FIX, AND CLAIM THEY DIDN'T DO. THE SERVICE TEAM IS UNRELIABLE AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS FEELINGS, OR NEEDS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BE A PART OF THIS SERVICE TEAM OR GO TO THIS LOCATION. FAILED ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS AND UNSATISFIED MORE AND MORE EACH VISIT.
