Review: In Febuaury of 2013 I leased a m37x Infiniti from infiniti of manhattan located on [redacted] the price and details were negotiated over the phone which were for 567.00 for 36 months with 12000 miles a year.. picked up the car signed three papers which I was given the copies and still have and the only document with the exact details of the lease agreement conveniently for them is done on a computer which u sign with a electronic pen and given no copy and here is another alarming fact the signature is on a page that also doesn't have the details of the lease it just states you agree to the terms and conditions of the lease which at any point it can attached to anything because the actual details of the lease is not signed or initialed.... I only found out there was a problem when I called to turned in my car and was told that I had a 39 month lease not a 36 month lease I was shocked and outraged right there and then I knew I was scammed I tried calling the infiniti dealership where I purchased it to find out they are closed down, then I tried explaining to the leasing company the situation which I have been a previous custumer of two other leases with them without incident they refuse to do anything but eliminate one payment out of the extra three..Desired Settlement: I would like the contract to reflect the 36 month term I agreed upon not the 39 month term they say I signed for which even there own copies show no signature on the actual page with the details I just recently leased a car from BMW and there contract has the details on the page you sign not five pages afterwards like infiniti does the leasing company informed me this does happen but usually the consumer calls in and corrects it within the first or second billing cycle which is a red flag because that tells me its a common practice to inflate the months on the contract without you realizing it until its to late which I was told bc to much time has passed they need to be forced to have contracts that you initial every page or sign that have the exact details of the lease to prevent this scam from happening to another unsuspecting customer please help me fix this for me and I'm sure for others who this happened too

At this time, I have not been contacted by Infiniti of Manhattan regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a pre-owned vehicle [redacted] from Infiniti of Manhattan. Today *NOV13 my temporary vehicle registration has expired. I attempted to contact the dealer/sales representative **OCT13 in order to extend my temporary registration and my calls were ignored/forwarded to answering machines. I then called Infiniti Consumer Affairs **OCT13 to rectify the problem. I informed the corporate consumer affairs section that my calls were being ignored by the Manhattan Infiniti dealership and my vehicle registration needed to be sent ASAP to prevent lapse registration coverage. I received a phone call from my sales representative [redacted]NOV13 informing me that he needed additional identification to process my vehicle registration request. I then sent the additional identification document via email *NOV13. He additionally stated I would receive an extension to my vehicle registration before the *NOV13 expiration which he failed to provide. This dealership has failed to process my vehicle registration in a timely manner. Moreover, the dealership has allowed my temporary registration to expire in this debacle as well. Still to this day I am waiting on my registration, Bill of Sale, and vehicle title to arrive in the mail. Organizational management supervision needs to be implemented to prevent delayed customer service after the fact.Desired Settlement: As I have voiced many times to Infiniti Consumer Affairs; I aim to obtain my valid current vehicle registration/temporary 45 day extension registration, Bill of Sale, and vehicle title sent to my address immediately.

Review: * False Advertidsing - Internet Pricing does not reflect Actual Sales Price * Disclosure -Did not disclose the nature of certain costs such as Prep Fees and Buydown / Aqua * Had me sign documents that were blank * Printed documents after I already signed them, and changed the terms of the agreement * Changed the agreed upon purchase price from the agreed upon purchase price * Never provided closing documents to customer, only summary closing loan agreementDesired Settlement: For Prep Fees, Buydown/Aque and difference between final and agreed upon purchase price Or file Case Action Case agianst the dealership

Sincerely,

Review: I have purchased a 2010 Infiniti G37S from Infiniti of Manhattan, [redacted] on February 10, 2014. [redacted]was [redacted]. Total Purchase price was $28, 517. Next day, I called [redacted] and told him that driver’s seat is not comfortable and both sides are at standing mode like fish fins. He told me that with simple adjustment driver seat can be adjusted similar to front passenger seat. I tried everything possible to adjust the seats. On Sunday Feb. **I visited the Infiniti store and technician checked the seat and told me that this seat cannot be adjusted. I discussed this matter again with [redacted] and he assured me that he will replaced the seat. I keep on calling him for replacement of seat but he keeps on ignoring my calls. Finally, I talked to his [redacted], he told me that he cannot do anything. He offered me to buyback my car for $21,500. In just 2 week $7000 less.

This is cheating. Infiniti want to take advantage of the situation and trying to make money. To sale the car their sales representative are giving misleading info and lying about the facts. Please take appropriate action against Infiniti of Manahattan.Desired Settlement: Full refund.

Review: On July [redacted] 2013 I contacted Infiniti of Manhattan regarding a Preowned G37x for sale. I requested the dealership hold the car after faxing a credit card authorization for $500. My credit card was subeqently charged on July [redacted] 2013. After several request to have the dealership provide an invoice for review prior to the sale, addtional fees were added that were not discussed. Further negotition was had to reduce the charges. One day prior to pick up, the dealership called to inform me they had sold the car to another buyer. Since this event my credit card has still not been refunded (Aug [redacted], 2013). Several attempts to reach the manager and accounting department were made to no avail. I was not able to make it passed the front end seceratary.Desired Settlement: Refund and Cause explaination, it should not take 19 days to refund someone after they sold my the car on hold.
