I am writing you in regards to the letter we received from you for ID *** we took the above mentioned vehicle in trade on 1/21/and the vehicle had a loan that required a payoff, We sent the payoff to the lender on 1/23/and waited for the the title to come, as is the process in
the automotive JindustryMt*** purchased the vehicle on 1/26/and we were following procedures as outlined b | the Department of Motor VehiclesWe submitted the registration work to BMW on 2/8/and Ifees were posted on a Z(which is a miscellaneous receipt) because there was ho record of the vehicle in the California data base as the vehicle was titled in MassachusettsWe contacted the bank several times to inquire on the title and the fact that we had not yet received ithey assured is that it was in ,route to our dealership so we patently waitedWe went to the DMV and got a "red tag" for Mr*** so that he would know his fees were in fact paid and that itwas a paperwork delay that was holding up his titleWe contacted that bank again and they said they would send a lien releaseThat never came eitherWe finallywere able to get a hold of someone there at the bank and they informed us that they still had the title in their possession and that it was their error that it was never sentWe did receive the l, title and our registration service will be walking it into the Placentia field office on 08/17/to complete the DMV processI hope this will resolve the issue as we have done everything possible to get I i this issue resolved in a timely manner, we pride ourselves on our Customer service and satisfaction and , I'm so sorry that it ended up coming to thisThank ??u for your time and consideration in this matter
