In response to [redacted]Mr. [redacted] and I had a long conversation about his vehicle. We apologized that the previous company sold him an insurance plan that did not cover 100% of his damages to the wheel and tire. We have resolved all Mr. [redacted] issues and at time of pick up Mr. [redacted] and I...
went for a test drive in his vehicle. Mr. [redacted] confirmed that all repairs were to his satisfaction. I then followed up with Mr. [redacted] approximately 4 days after the repair to insure that he was satisfied with all repairs. Mr. [redacted] was asked if there was anything else we could do to resolve any previous issues and he stated he was fine.Sincerely[redacted]
