This customer did come in for a tire pressure sensor reprogramming.? He had installed the sensors on his own.? We could not program them, because they are the wrong ones for the vehicle.? We did not charge the customer at all.? He then drove the car approximately? miles, the car then began running rough..? He had the vehicle brought to a local shop, where they told him the negative battery terminal was not attached to the battery.? First, we do not have to access the battery to program the sensors, we never opened the hood of the car, the computer port we use is located under the driver side of the dashboard.? Second, if the negative terminal was not attached, the car never would have started here, and would not have been able to drive.? So, we did not charge him and we did not access the battery, so we could not have been the cause of the negative battery terminal issue
