*** *** They were not clear at any point the contract was going to be extended for another monthsIf that was the case we would not have signed it! If communicating this to their customers is a practice then why is there previous complaints about this very same issue in the Revdex.com logs and accounts with Infinity securities? They showed honor what the customer needs and be fully up front with what is happening at the time of the visitThat did not happen at all

The cutomer emailed us and the Revdex.com to withdraw the complaint

We need to respond to this complaintWe didnt get notice because we have moved to E Corporate Dr Suite Meridian ID and your letter was never fwd to us
And the Email you have on file isn't a good one anymore, add this email as your main email
We told *** mother we would
remove the lien if she has the power of attorney, which she providedIts in the process off removal

After close consideration of looking into thisThe customer was late wanting exercise there business day right of canceling months laterThere was a passed phone survey days later after the install acknowledgement of the month agreementThere was initials on the customers paper
work next to month acknowledging there was an agreement with signatures as well As a company we did all we can to let the customer know and for that the agreement stands

We refunded the amount of already, we tried to push out a second refund but the Authorize.net Review Failed for what ever reason we are unknown about this situationew why So we are just going to send a check and not worry about the authorize.net server which we already told the customer
todayWe offer for her to pick it up at the office, she insisted we just mail itSo we did. This matter has been revolved We have attached the failed review and refunds given to customer No Monies are owed to the customer

I am rejecting this response because: I still feel deceived by the new company Infinity and didn't like the way Brandon C*** pressured me on switching companies I feel very uncomfortable with the way Brandon C*** (CEO) handled my entire situation I do not want to do business with Infinity and want to remain with ***I have contacted my attorney and they have advised me not to pay Infinity for any service

The customer signed up for security service and never stated she under existing agreement to the security rep Infiniti Security is offering a time offer to close out the other count by paying for the cancellation fees on the old account We are waiting for the invoice on that

We have called the customer couple times in regards on his account as referred to comment we aren't calling back and have not had a return call. That's a customers decision whether or not they want to return the calls.W  We have thoroughly explained to the customer the purpose of the system...

updates we performed and in the service call of the update Brandon went above and beyond in figuring out issues with there internet provider.   We have a standard approach to make it clear as possible what we are doing on all customers to not make it muddy or deceiving.   We do updates on customers accounts all the time and we have the same process on all customers and everyone thoroughly understand especially when we are signing agreements and going over those and why we are doing it.   Most  alarm companies do a verbal agreements over the phone of any account changes and have that conversation recorded.  We feel that would be unethical so having actual agreements signed, coming out to the home and going over those is a better understanding because its a formality.  We have had people stop during the process and say they dont want to resign agreements of 60 months, and none of that happened during appointment of Mr [redacted].  The agreement is in place and we did everything we could to have the customer understand what was happening.
