Review: I purchased a "Just In Case" 911 Emergency Phone core unit on 6-**-2013. It would not signal up. On 7-*-2013 I called the ###-###-####. [redacted] emailed me an RMA number along with instructions and an address. I mailed my item 7-*-2013 to the same address that's listed on your Revdex.com site. It was returned as NSN. Since then, I have not been able to get anyone on the phone, even though I have left a voice mail with my phone number repeatedly.Desired Settlement: I want them to contact me and refund the money. Recently I had to purchase another device in order to make my customer happy. I no longer need a replacement.
