Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: What was not addressed in that response was, these shades were installed on August 21stWe have been wanting a solution since thenHe has addressed the wood blind issueBut, has put us off on the other two fixesWe have asked to talk to the rep on several occasionsWe did not receive a call from the rep until after this complaint was filed.We did not receive a call from the designer until after this complaint was filedThe owner, Mr G***, kept repeating he "was on our side" but seemed to drag his feet in responding to our complaintsWe have asked him 2x to provide us with an itemized bill and signed contract that he is not yet provided
The skylight shade is not a "bit" tightIt is stuckIt cannot open or closePeriodHe says it needs oil, but has not brought the oil and for that matter we are not interested in oil, we are interested in a shade that closes and opens.
As stated before, I have pictures that show that the shades do not fit, regardless of what he says he measuredWe do not measure 3/16'sWhat has increased our concerns is that Mr G*** does not appear to remember what our concerns areOn one occasion, he came to the house (when we believed he was bringing a fix for the skylight shade), climbed the ladder and said "yes you need oil to move that"We didn't know quite what to say, when it was understood that that was the reason he was coming to the house.
Another time, I called MrG*** on 11/2/he thought the concern was that oil was coming out of the shade frame, instead of us needing oilHe said he was "waiting on the rep to come from the factory"It was this kind of miscommunication and dropping memory of our concerns for almost months that left us feeling little hope of anything meaningful happening to our complaint.

Infiniti Window Coverings did sell these window coverings to the ***'s We measured all of the openings for fabrication of the new window treatments and ordered themInstallation was completed a few weeks later and the ***'s had some concerns:
Cell shades in the master bedroom had small
gaps on each side of the blinds
We checked the original measurements and they were correctThe gaps were consistent on each shade about 3/16" We contacted the factory to see if an error had been madeThe factory responded that there should be gaps on each side up to 3/16"We contacted our Rep and he agreed to make a trip out to the ***'s to check and see if any remedy was available
Woven woods needed end pieces per ***'s opinion and they were ordered and accepted
Skylight shade in the master bath a bit tight
Skylight shades are always difficult as the surfaces are usually not evenThe measurements appear to be goodWe contacted the factory whom advised us to check screw tension and apply more lubrication which they have sent usWe are ready to correct that problem and were planning on doing it when we all met with the factory Rep

Thanks ***! We feel we can still fix thisWe had arranged for the customer to meet with the factory rep and then she cancelled that??! The rep could have fixed there problems?!!
