In fact, on October 17, at 1:PM EDT, I personally spoke on he phone with Mr*** for over twenty minutes. I explained to him that he had agreed to our terms and conditions when he purchased his product package from us and those terms clearly provided for a day period during which he could have requested and received a full refund. Mr*** failed to request a refund during that day period
I was prepared to further discuss his situation with him, but he was rude and abusive, He supposedly had documents which he said were relevant to his situation in requesting a refund. I asked him to send me copies and he refused. He made several threats against us, including filing a lawsuit and posting negative information online. At that point it became clear that he was unwilling to discuss his situation in a reasonable manner, so I politely ended the call
We pride ourselves on our customer service record, but it is difficult to assist unreasonable people who are not entitled to a refund. When they are rude to our employees and unwilling or unable to provide information or documents that might help their situation, then we cannot help them

I have received no financial benefit from my upline since I bought the Emperor PackageI was told to buy the Emperor Package, so I could benefit financially from my uplineIt didn't matter if I sold anything, if I bought the Emperor Package, I would still receive financial benefit from my uplineThis has not happenedIt was misrepresented to me from the beginning, in order to get me to buy a higher packageDeceitfulI had two other people buy an Emperor package under me, so they would receive the same benefitThat hasn't happened either.

This has not been the case. Back when I purchased my Emperor Package, the main goal of the company was online gambling in Asia. As an Emperor, you would make a portion of that too. This also has not happened. 
Then this last week, I received an e-mail from the FBI about an investigation in to this company related to fraud. I have resubmitted the requested paperwork to the FBI.
I could not get a hold of anyone for the past 1 1/2 years. I finally got a response after I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com. I would like my $5000 back that I purchased the emperor package because nothing is what it seems. If [redacted] is comfortable with this company then I am sure he will have no issues purchasing my Emperor Package.

Ms. [redacted] has made unsubstantiated allegations, but has provided no documentation of what she alleges.
 
As we have already stated, Ms. [redacted] purchased and received an Emperor Software Package from us. She has at all times since purchase had access and use of that software.
 
The terms of her purchase allowed for a full refund when requested within thirty days of purchase. She did not request any refund during that period.
 
She now alleges that someone made some sort of claim to her, yet she has shown no documentation of such claim. Further, she warranted when she transacted business with us that no claims were made to her.
 
Any commissions that can be earned by promoting and selling our products or services are based on actual sales results. We have never made any claims, guarantees or assurances that anyone would earn or achieve any specific level of income or success.
 
Ms. [redacted] has not provided any basis or documentation that would entitle her to a refund after two years had passed since her transaction.

Firm states that the complainant was issued a refund even though she was outside of the allowed time frame.

 Yes the company has a 30 day refund policy, but it was just after this 30 day period when I found out the company I2G/G1E had mis-respresented its self.  Further I now believe that this company is a Ponzi Scheme, which I have already clearly explained to them that I will file a Criminal Complaint with various Government oganizations such as the SEC, Kentucky Attorney General's Office, FBI & Homeland Security Agency if I do not receive a refund ASAP.  I personally know other affliates in this company in the same position as me.  So I am not alone.  All I want is my refund of $5000.  But if they want to defend their criminal activities in court.  I am more then up for the challenge, but I thought it would be easier for everyone involved  if we mitigated this through the Revdex.com.  I am not asking for more than what I put in.  With all this push back for a simple refund, It seems clear that this company has something to hide.      I do appreciate all the Revdex.com has done so far which which has been prompt & very professional.  Futhermore I understand that some companies could care less about a "F" Revdex.com rating, but those same companies will not last long with their continued business practices.     %
