Good afternoon,I have gone over all details as best as possible with the installer and the sales rep to what has transpired and happened I will start with the sales rep response Bryan claims that he explained the at&t plan several times over and felt the customer understood that he
would have to call to bundle this portion himself The customer knew he did not have the unlimited plan as of that moment and in order to get the unlimited plan he would upgrade his cell phone plan which in turn att would ask for his directv account # to validate the additional $-off a month from the original $per month bill directv would be if he did not have the unlimited plus plan...I feel there was good communication and I think what happened is once the customer called in to att and found out the cost per month was higher then he expected that is when he become frustrated and upset and realized he would probably not upgrade his cell phone plan to get the additional $-off his directv bill because to upgrade would be more then the savings itself The customer was explained this with Bryan but went ahead with the deal because he really wanted directv anyway For the installer side My installer Thad says that him and *** had great communication and contact and that *** had requested several reschedules due to being busy at work and not having the time to make certain timeframes Thad says he was there several times as the customer requested and the customer and him talked and he just could never get there on time Thad says one time we rescheduled as well, to ***'s times rescheduling but even with all the reschedules they both stayed in constant contact and everything in that arena was ok and understood by both parties We never call to cancel services, ever

Revdex.com:After almost two months, a half a dozen emails, a certified letter, a threat of  a lawsuit, and a complaint to the Revdex.com, we finally got there.  Truly world class customer service.

It appears that after posting his reply, Mr. [redacted] took the opportunity to review the matter more carefully and he appears to have come to a different decision as shown in this email he sent after posting his comments to the Revdex.com site.Unfortunately our bookkeeper will be unavailable for 2 weeks. Thus we will not know for sure if we initially sent you the funds or not, therefore we have initiated an e-payment transfer for $750. Please expect them within 3-4 business days. If we find that we did pay you upon or bookkeepers return we trust you will return the $750 recently sent. Please enjoy the world class tenants we have provided you.Thank you![redacted] / DirectorIf Mr. [redacted] honors  his commitment to  deposit the $750  in our account and in consultation with his bookkeeper decides that the this repayment to us is correct and no further adjustment is needed, we will consider the matter resolved.  Until both of these conditions are met, the issue is not resolved and the complaint is still open.  Thank you.

Good afternoon, I would like to see the copy of their agreement stating what they claim to be as true and valid.  Can the customer provide this?  We do not wish to carry this out any further then it has to and we are apologetic that this has ocured where the customer is not satisfied.  We do not practice bad intentions in this company and we regret this customer feeling the way they do.  To keep it fair, we have 26 reviews online and I see this as the only one to changing prices, lying etc etc.  There are a handful of other low reviews for not answering the phone, or the customer having questions but nothing like what this customer is going through and 13 5 star reviews.... It is hard from our position to say :yes the customer is correct without supporting evidence...Typically a customer would switch if they we're saving money or we're upset at their current provider.  Also if a customer was so hesitant or felt something was off, they typically wouldn't sign up.   I do not know how their conversations went, but typically customers are happy to switch and we make them happy with a great install and experience.  Not everyone but most customers who are paying customers of movie channels with Directv are paying well over $180-$225 a month.  They more then likely made the switch because it was such a huge savings which is why they made the switch.  I wish I had a better solution currently but without supporting evidence we cannot offer any solution other then the fact that Bryan no longer works for this company.  He has been released of his duties due to private matters in his own life.  We are very sorry to see a customer so upset and frustrated.  We do offer our most sincere apologies and hope that this is resolved.

Good morning, We are very sorry to hear this complaint.  We are asking for a copy for the signed contract where it states all this information, if possible.  To go over this, we never tell anyone we will cancel their services for them, that is illegal and we do not condone that....

 It sounds from what I read that they felt they would get the movie channels forever?  That is never the case, there is a 3 month free option or you pay for them at a higher package...Based on what they used to pay to what they pay now they we're saving about $40-$60 a month...We are very sorry to hear this but as of now we do not see where this is our fault other then the customer did not validate pricing on their end to make sure it was what they expected and somehow felt that movie channels would be free?  Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: Here is 4 examples of reviews from people stating the same experience as myself and also mentioning Bryan as their salesman.  All the good reviews only mention the owner Benjamin so I'm assuming Bryan was hired recently since there hasn't been a good review since someone mentioned his name.  The contract Bryan gave me obviously didn't say your company would cancel my service as this was a verbal agreement he told me as well as the fact that my 2 year price lock package included the movie channels.  He must know that nobody can prove all the lies he tells people  because they aren't listed on the contract.  Regardless it is illegal for a salesman to lie about a product to get a sale.  Even if the agreement is verbal.  This company is a scam as nobody actually gets what they are told by the salesman and they Bryan nor Benjamin ever called me back or answered an email to solve the issue with me.
