A refund was submitted to Mindbody our payment processing company on 8/15/It typically takes 3-business days for them to post anything to a credit card depending on the CC companyAs for service the customer signed up for the wrong class which we emailed her about 2hrs before the start of class but never received an email response back

In regards to the owners statement that there was updated information that is falseAttached I have a screenshot of the classes and private parties reserved for that day (may 7th 2016)Classes only went until 1:00pm, and private party reservations were filled at 2:00pm (us) and 5:00pmSo if we were at the dance location between 2:30-2:40pmValerie stated she was booked all day, and she wasnt; she could have given us the one hour class I paid forI also have a recording of the ONLY voicemail I left her on may 9th 2016- asking to speak with her regarding this issue and trying to resolve itThe recording is on another phone which I can send in an email (i will send shortly after I send this response).So I did not threaten her, her employess or harass in any wayValerie Swas evicted from her previous location on Feb.16th at N.Hamilton RdGahanna Ohio(which can be found on the Franklin County Municipal Court clerk of courts-record search) If I booked my party a month later (March 16th 2016) I was not given any notification through voicemail, text, email, etcof the change of location or even the proper location.The call she is referring to wasnt even from me and I dont even have any evidence or documents that she notified me of the new locationValerie did refund me half of my paid class on May 10th of 100$.All I am asking for is my remainder of the 100$valerie has no reason to keep money that she did not even provide service forNot only that, she also denied us service when I have evidence of her schedule that day which was open for more hoursI wouldnt think that a business owner with this much experience would be so difficult to refund money where service wasnt providedI did not accept the reschedule for another day because that day was my friends bachlorette party and she is booked every weekend until her wedding which is in a few weeks

This customer booked a non-refundable apptMay 3rd someone from this customers group called to confirm the party and was told the address to our locationOur location is also listed on our website, booking site, and all social media as well as maps on any phoneThe customer called to say she was

Aerial because claims that you can only make a "physical" purchase. This is completely incorrect. I work in Alaska and live in Texas. I was only there in Ohio for one week, April through April 8. When I went there for the scheduled classes the doors were locked and the facility was closed. I bought the classes on line. I tried calling twice leaving messages and no one returned my calls

If you look at the top of our schedule page it does state you must sign up online to attend a class. If the customer did not do that and attempted to just walk in then that is not a guarantee the instructor will be present if no one else is signed up for their class. The customer had an entire month to use the package and if they were in town a week they had plenty of classes they could've signed up for. Customers cannot see a full schedule online of our events and bookings as some are done off line. There was no available time later. We were not evicted from our old studio, we actually have a counterclaim against our previous landlord which still has nothing to do with this. Someone from the group did call and received the address of our studio. It again was also present on our website, registration site, Facebook, Instagram and maps on phones. We did the customer a courtesy of a half refund. The instructor that was booked to teach was paid for her time regardless of whether the group chose to utilize the remainder of their time. The customer was aggressive and when calling a second time was as well. We are now considering this a form of harassment and if continues will be contacting the Delaware police again to deal with the matter. The customer has no grounds for full refund and once again it is not our policy to even give one. We have half as a courtesy for the time and instructor that was scheduled.

I am rejecting this response because:I've had 3 classes cancelled on me dates 2/9, 2/24, and 2/29.  I cannot just hope that the classes signed up for wont be cancelled and plan my week that way.  The reason I signed up for the passes is because I had the flexibility to take many of the...

classes offered as certain days/times work best.  Please refund me. I was never informed of the cancellation policy when I signed up. It is not fair to me as a customer. One hour in advance is not enough.
