Infinity air conditioning and heating is a great company Saturday June 18th at 4pm I called them out to my home due to my a/c unit shutting off and on and then just stopped working all togetherWhen I called I spoke to a male he was very niceI explained to him my problem and that I have a flyer in the mail from your companyHe explained to me the flyer and service call fee they specialize in same day service so they sent Adian witch is a amazing service man, very polite and professionalAdian found my issue explained to me my solutions and I ended up replacing my year old unit with a new ton Trane these guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone.......!!!!

On 2/21/2017, Infinity Tech, Jeremy re-routed our A/C ductsDuring the process, there was a leak or a spill of liquid which caused a stain on my ceiling directly below the repair areaJeremy was initially contacted directly about the problem and he sent guys who admitted they didn't do that line of work regularly, but the sent him cell phone pics of the discharge pipingJeremy said he'd notify the company and get it taken care ofAfter not hearing back from him after a week, I called him and had to leave a messageHe never returned my call, nor was the stain ever resolvedI then notified the company on Friday, March 31, 2017, on their website contact page that it was a simple matter of repainting the stained area, and that Jeremy's lack of communication precipitated my contactToday makes a week since I sent Infinity my contact note and I have not heard backI informed them I would notify any and every agency having jurisdiction in this matter, since I should not have to suff

Let me just tell you what has been going on. So after I filed the initial complaint, the OWNER of this company, Aidan (can't remember his last name) called me ON MY CELL PHONE while I was AT WORK and he proceeded to go off on my about my Revdex.com complaint and threatened to sue me for SlanderTo which, I informed him it is NOT slander if it is true. He called me back about minutes later on a speaker phone and attempted to put me on the defensive, I assume he was recording the callHis attempt failed. After that, he spoke to my landlord, the homeowner, whom I should advise only used this company because my year old HVAC unit went out in July a few days before it was being predicted that the hottest weekend of the year was upcoming. So after calling at least other companies, none of whom could respond for several days, the landlord opted for this company, which he found in the back of the yellow pages phone book. The landlord admits he ONLY went with Infinty Air because they could install a "brand new" unit the very next day, which was questionable to me. In any case, my personal opinion is that, being that this is such a NEW company, started in 2015, they most likely purchased some HVAC units on a fire sale from somewhere trying to get rid of old/older possible defective units. In any case, this company continued to try and "buy time" by continuing to come out and pretend to diagnose the problem when they really have no clue. So as it stands as of today 1/30/2017, this company was out to my house THREE times last week, the first time to "diagnose" the problem, the 2nd time to install a new circuit board, which did NOT fix the problem. I missed a total of hours of work, unpaid, to stay home with my dog because I did not have heat! The landlord began to grow weary and tired of their running around BS. On Wednesday they returned to shut off the part of the unit that cools, thus making only heat production possible, they yet again ordered another part, and the landlord MADE them call TRANE ( the HVAC unit manufacturer) and listened to the phone call. Thursday, they returned wtih yet another part, they installed it and and it has been working over the weekend with no issues. ON the 2nd visit, the Technician they sent out was going to go up on the roof and check the circuit board, however, after talking to someone at his office, he abruptly stated "Well, it's working now so I'm leaving." By the way, when the technician arrived the 2nd time, it was the same one, when he walked up my driveway, the first thing I asked him was "Did you tell your boss I yelled and screamed at you?" and his reply was "No (laughing) why ?" and I said "Because Aidan called me on my cell phone at work this morning and said you told him I screamed at you." He then again stated he did not say that. My personal opinion is that this kid is Aidans son, he looks identical to him; wherher that is the case of not, this company is completely unprofessional and I will not withdraw my complaint and if you should like to speak to the homeowner/landlord about what HE thinks of this company, his name is Bill and his phone number is: 602-770-4376, the home is located on Plaza Ave, in Scottsdale

I had Infinity Air out to my home for a home energy audit because my utility bills were so insane in the summerMatt the auditor arrived minutes early which I appreciate as I am a busy personHe spent about hours inspecting and testing my home and hooked up this cool device at my front door that helped test leakage (according to him, I wouldn't know what I was looking at however)A few days later Infinity Air sent out one of their audit analysts ALSO named Matt but a different guy and he broke down each reading which was amazingly accurateThey left me a quote for all the services recommended to improve the efficiency of my homeI received a quote on some of the largest cost items from other contractors and I must say Infinity Air even explained their quotes betterThey weren't the cheapest, but they also weren't the highest, so I decided I should stick with them for the repairsIt took days to have the work completed, I changed my AC unit, had my duct work aerosealed, and had attic insulation blown inHOLY COW my ac unit ACTUALLY SHUTS OF!
These Guys are greatAsk for Matt if they give you the optionI will only be using Infinity Air from now on

Spoke to us ONCE about this problem and Jeremy said he would speak to the company and get it taken care ofA followup call we made to Jeremy was NEVER returned, AND, a message to Infinity on the website contact page with regards to our complaint went likewise IGNOREDSo don't tell me you contacted me SEVERAL times about this matterWe never agreed that it was a so-called faulty HVAC drain line that caused the leak, and indeed, we have NEVER seen ANY water accumulate in either of the two the drain pans in the nearly years we've been living here, and we regularly go into our attic, at least twice a month and specifically check for any possible problems, with the pans OR the air handlersAdditionally, we have not seen any SUBSEQUENT leakage from ANY of the HVAC drain lines, or any OTHER source, since the duct re-routing was done by Infinity Air. I can't say but I posit two possibilities: Either the tech spilled a water jug into the insulation and it migrated to the ceiling, or, due to the very cramped quarters at the job site, the tech might have inadvertently jostled the piping causing a break in one of the seals, but still, there has been NO subsequent leakage ANYWHERE in the area. All I asked initially, was for Infinity to repaint the ceiling and be done with the problem, but that went ignoredIn making this complaint, In my website contact message, I then asked that Infinity simply reimbursed me $to partially defray the cost to have the damaged ceiling re-painted professionally and avoid the possibility of my contacting any and all relevant consumer protection agencies, and the ROC and that message went ignored

Primary reason for complaint is I strongly feel this company and it’s tech’s are committing FRAUDI have a strong case with reports to prove itThey are causing system failures on purpose in order to sell more services and new A/C unitsI got cheated out of over $and they wanted to continue selling me services that were irrelevant to the issue I was having with my A/C unitI’m sure they have cheated many people like they did meHad I listened to their recommendation I would’ve spent over $10,with them!! Tech claimed there may be a leak in the system so he put a sealant and also charged it with refrigerant Later via our home warranty service we found out he overcharged it, causes failureThe other thing he was insistent on is that the air ducts have leaks and we needed to do an Aero Seal (cost $3000+)He insisted this was the issue as well as possibly the TXV valve. He continued trying to sell a yr PMA ($1990) and Aero Seal, he even called that evening to have me dec

I am very impressed with my experience with this companyI was called and offered a tune up for my air conditioner for 49.00, I usually don't accept these calls but the caller was so polite and easy to talk to I decided to give them a try
I was so happy with my technician he was polite and on time...I hate tardiness it's my pet peeve!
My technician was named Jeremy he was such a polite young man
He was very thorough with checking everything out on my ac unit and allowed my husband to be outside and ask questions why he was working on the unit, and when he was inside my home and took the time to explain exactly what he found after my tune upHe was so honest and let me know what repairs were needed right away and let me know what repairs I could wait on because unfortunately I didn't have much money to work with and told him that upfrontMy Ac unit is running great right now and I will definiately recommend Infinity air and heat to my family and friends!

I had this company out for a service call to my home, They gave me a hour window but showed up right at the beginning and also gave me a call prior to their arrivalMy system had a failed motor, after going over the prices of the motor and new ac system (my unit is years old) the technician advised me to just repair the system for now and wait until their was a promotion from Trane to purchase a new systemThese guys were awesome and I would refer them to any person looking to have their ac system serviced or replaced

This complaint is not from a customer of oursShe rents the home from our customer, who is extremely happy with usWe have made many attempts to resolve the issue with her, but she fails to listen to us and understand the simple mechanics of what her Heat Pump doesWe will not be including free
heat strips for the systemWe are currently communicating with legal council and contemplating legal action for Slander towards our business on social media outlets

US Air Home energy was hired by TitanSolar Power to present an offer for solar energy and new air conditioning units The salesmen that arrived gave erroneous information to us which Titan Solar Power is saying they have never worked with a Homeowners Association and that is up to the homeowner We are now concerned about what else was presented to us because US Air Home Energey, LLC did not respond to their promised service of blowing insulation into our attic and checking the airflow in our duct systemWhen I tried to call them my call was transferred to Titan We were told by Titan Solar Power that US Air Home Energy, LLC was supposed to service several customers and didn't We weren't the only customers according to Titan that US Air Home Energy "Blew Off." My wife and I are very concerned about the completion of this projectWe think we've been scammed!!!!

The recap of the scenario is completely false. Yes it took a bit to discover the shredded wires in tue walls which was the cause of the system failure. Because this was not part of the Install contract. [redacted] the owner of the home understood and had us perform the replacement of the destroyed thermostat. We do not sell "fire sale" equipment (whatever that is) and is easily provable. This will be my final response on any form of social media per my attorneys request. Because of the Business Interest of our customer Mr [redacted] and his tennant we have not filed suit, however that grace will only be extended through this final response.

You did speak with us multiple times. First with Jeremy, and then you received a call from Blaine who explained to you the fact that your drainline was not glued when installed. The same unglued drainline sits right above the stained area of your ceiling. We will always take care of damage we cause but because Aeroseal does not cause water to drain out of an air handler but an unglued pvc line will leak we do not accept responsibility for this claim. We have photos of the incorrectly installed drain line and have shared this with you.

We offered a refund of $1000 which was declined. We do not accept responsibility for the failure because the compressor failed due to refrigerant back flooding (from being over charged which Day and Night did to the system, not us) not over heating (was too cold for the system to over heat). We were...

never given the opportunity to verify the situation thus had no way to internally rectify an issue if it was caused by our organization. http://www.ssihvac.com/blog/what-makes-good-ac-compressors-go-bad here is a 3rd party link verifying my statement.

I just want to share my great experience with Infinity Air Conditioning. My A/C system was down. My breaker kept tripping and the unit just wouldn't run. They sent out a tech named Adian. He knew right away what was wrong with the unit. He quoted me for the repair but also saw several other issues. My unit was only 12 years old and in crummy condition. He recommended replacing it and showed me how it really made sense. The payment plan was affordable so I went for it. The installation went smooth and flawless. everything from beginning to end was just great. Its been several weeks and I'm very happy. If you need an AC company use these guys!!

I looked up a local a/c company to do a spring tune up on my home. I got tired of dealing with my old company and wanted to try a company that only deals with air and heating. the tune up went well and the technician was very professional. about a month later my system went bad on me and shut down. I reached out to infinity again, because my old company was not available due to "emergency". infinity was prompt and made sure that someone got out to my house that evening. they assessed I had a bad compressor that needs to be replaced. adian, my technician called the owner about my issue and infinity put me up in a hotel for the evening because they did not want me to be without air in the summer. now compressors can be quite pricey, and since im a disabled vet living off social security, infinity set up a payment plan to my comfort and affordability. I have now found a consistent air company that truly cares about the customers needs rather then a profit margin. I would recommend this company to anybody and look forward to doing business with infinity in the future.
