Mr [redacted] (firm) states that he met with Mr [redacted] and that Mrs [redacted] was not presentThey also dealt with her son as Mrs [redacted] was illThey state that the concrete quality is excellent but did offer to tear it out but were asked to leave the propertyFirm feels this was a conflict within the family but will consider a fair resolution
