Paid $for new construction drywall and texturing and got below industry standard installationYou can see every joint of the drywall, texture job was not what was promised even after paying more for it, and isn't willing to do all repairs nor fixing them correctly

I am rejecting this response because: Fireplace: The Fireplace was already finished. And Yes Infinity Drywall & Painting told me they did not like that and said they would have preferred the fireplace would  have been put in after they came. I was told by an Infinity Drywall & Painting worker that they could work around it with no problem. However, they taped it 4" away from the fireplace to shoot their texture. Now there is a 4" gap between the fireplace and the texture. This is not acceptable. I had another company look at the problem and told me how it was taped wrong and how it could have been taped to the edge for protection and be able to cover the area with texture. Holes in the walls and ceilings by plumber: This is a false statement. There was no plumber on site or plumber poking holes after the sheet rock was up. The plumber was finished with his work long before Infinity Drywall & Painting started.Holes in the walls and ceilings by Electrician: The electrician only added holes to install additional switches after Infinity Drywall & Painting finished there work. Any and all holes and issues created by the electrician has been taken care of by the electrician and is not part of any issue that I am directing toward Infinity Drywall & Painting.  I am not concerned about any holes or issues other than what was created by Infinity Drywall & Painting. For Example: Many A/C vents and returns in the ceilings were covered by the sheet rock and left that way. The A/C company had to punch holes into the sheet rock that covered the vents and returns on order to find them; Four different areas. Then because Infinity Drywall & Painting did not want to come out and fix the holes, I had to hire someone else to cover the holes. The Vent hood in the kitchen is still covered by sheet rock right now because Infinity Drywall & Painting has not opened the area they covered. There is an area upstairs that is exposed because the Infinity workers cut a hole and exposed a pipe inside of a wall. There were several electrical boxes that were left covered by sheet rock and the electrician had to punch holes into the sheet rock to find the electrical boxes. We paid the flooring company extra to remove the texture. Along a few of the walls, you can see and feel several "unsightly drag marks" on the texture along the walls. This indicates that the Infinity workers used a dirty trowel to knock down the texture. They look like tiny balls on the walls and detract from the way the texture is supposed to look like. One area in in the entry way when you first come into the house. Finally, I had to buy several new electrical boxes because the Infinity workers shoved the wiring in to deep and broke the electrical boxes. This was witnessed by an electrician and he even told the Infinity Drywall & Painting workers to be careful because of the one he saw them break. They refused to come out and look at the problems or they said that they were too busy.  I am only asking for $300 for reimbursement, even though it cost me more than this. I have pictures of the mistakes and incomplete work that Infinity Drywall & Painting did and did not do.

In regards to the complaint...when and during the time that we were doing the drywall work the homeowner was trying to get ahead on the job and get other trades to do their work that come in after drywall. I advised him several times he needs to wait for us to finish before other trades could come...

in. He had stucco guys working on fireplaces and arches and we we're still doing taping and float. As a result we weren't able to texture completely to the fireplace and around arches because our tape wouldn't stick to the stucco materials they used. This caused a gap in between. I told the owner that wasn't our fault because he didn't wait like I asked for us to finish our job.  I've told him several times I will gladly fix it if he pays us but he expects us to fix it for free. Also during the time of our work as well as when we finished they were still making holes in the walls and ceilings because of plumbing issues and electrical issues. Again all these repairs can be fixed if we get paid for them. Also during the time of construction the place was a mess and we had to work around and clean up after other trades just to try and finish our work.
