received a call the other day from this customer because her window was not
functioning properlyHe was at her house within an hourHe could not fix it
He told the customer he would turn in a service ticketShe called the next
morning angry that no one had called her yetWe set her
up for this Monday for
serviceShe called in Friday and screamed at our office manager *** using profanity several
timesShe filed the Revdex.com report which we received SaturdayWithin an hour of
receiving that report I called and spoke with her which she appreciatedI told
her if she has any further issues to call me on my cell phone. Our service technician is going out Monday May and will resolve the issue
