I also phoned Mr. [redacted] today, 10/28/15 at 2:58pm CST; again receiving his voice mail, so another message was left. Was able to discuss with Anthony today, and the situation has been taken care of internally. Anthony has exceeded expectations on providing all necessary documentation to insure this matter will be resolved.
