We have received your letter about a complaint that you received about our company. I have contacted the customer and issued them a full refund without needing them to return the product they ordered. I...

emailed all the customers that had orders shipped out on April 15th. We had an issue where our packages were lost or misplaced at a [redacted] shipping facility. The packages sat and were not moved until we were contacted by customers saying their tracking number hadn’t updated.  So we contacted [redacted] shipping facility and they got the packages out the door the following day and onto the customers. We emailed everyone that was a part of that mishap. It’s possible we missed this customer on the explanation. But she has been allowed to keep the product that was then delivered on May 4th and received a full refund. Hopefully she feels the situation was fixed.   Thanks,   Customer Support Specialist HHF & Forskolin Share2Care Program Email: [email protected]   For more information or to connect with us:   Website: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: His information is incorrect I did not agree to a upgrade and that is not the reason for the additional charges This company did not fix my air conditioner and I did not need a new unit I had two air conditioner companies tell me that my unit was repairable and one of the companies had my air conditioning fixed within an hour and my air conditioning works great now this company Infinity air is a scam they don't show up for appointments they don't complete the job and I want my money I paid them back they held up my air conditioner from being fixed for over a month in triple degree weather and they don't deserve to have any money I paid them when they did not fix the air conditioner.

We serviced on September 2. On September 4 We were still waiting for authorization from her home warranty company. For the week of September 7 through the 11th I was out of the office for a family emergency. On September 11 at 2 PM I was finally authorized for an installation. On Tuesday, September 15 the homeowner was asking me via email about upgrading her AC to a larger one. That same day in an email I let her know that we would need to go back to her home and get a detailed parts list for an upgrade. On September 17 we were back at her home to get a detailed parts list and take measurements. When we went back over our list we realized we needed to contact the city because we had some questions regarding some code issues. There was an additional $485 for some code upgrades + $170 for a drain line re-pipe that we tried to bill [redacted]. When those items were declined by the warranty company the cost falls back to the homeowner. The homeowner then refused to pay for the additional cost. The $75 trade fee is part of the homeowners contract with [redacted].
[redacted]
The homeowner would have been required to pay the $75 trade fee no matter who was out there. This air-conditioning unit was 30+ years old. It should not have been repaired.

Sal C[redacted] owner of Infinity, came to my home contracted through [redacted] to check my A/C unit. Sal lied to us and said we need 9 lbs of freon on a 12 lb unit . My unit only carries 9 1/2 pound. He told us we could pay for 2 lbs. but we have a leak. I told him I can get [redacted] on the phone so he can ask if they will cover the leak but then he wasn't sure anymore if I had a leak along with him reporting back to [redacted] that my air conditioner was not in working order. My air unit turned on, was running but not giving out cold air as much as before. I called another contractor on my own and paid out of pocket. The service person told me I did not have a leak and for some reason I was (down 2 lbs. of freon) but my unit WAS in working order. I explained I never had anyone except Infinity come and look at the unit. The only way I could have lost 2 lbs is when Infinity check the freon and let some out trying to con me into replacing 9lbs of freon I DID NOT NEED but just 2 pay for 2 lbs. which he took out himself. He told [redacted] I needed a leak check , 9lbs of freon and my unit was NOT in working order. All lies. This guy was in my home for 10-15 minutes. [redacted] contaced me and told me they would not cover my unit because it was a pre-existing and undetectable, plus a non working unit. Infinity took my money and left. We tried calling him back to ask more question in a week period but did not receive any call back. This guy is a crook and he is not professional at all. Since then [redacted] said they will take their contracters word vs. mine. HAve not told [redacted] about the 2nd opinion I got on my own from a reputable company. Trying to contact a supervisor til this day but no answer or call back. [redacted] are also crooks because they use their contract as leverage to con customers but over the phone when getting the new policy they tell a different story.

Review: [redacted] sent them out through my home warranty They didn't show up for there appointment not even a phone call finally when [redacted] contacted them again they showed up a day later no warning just a phone call saying they would be there in 15 minutes no sooner did I hang the phone up they were at the front door less than 2 minutes after they called the tech looked at the ac unit said oh you have a older unit you need a new unit I will send the paper work to [redacted] by 5pm today. He took my $75 trade fee. 2 days later [redacted] finally got the paper work that was uninformative on what needed to be done [redacted] left message and I also left message with the company and they were not returning either of our calls finally they contacted [redacted] stating I needed a new ac unit [redacted] stated my out of pocket expense would be $1,070.00 than a few days later infinity contacted [redacted] stating there would be an additional $170. because they (infinity) forgot to add on some charges. When I questioned [redacted] on this they tried to contact infinity air but again they were not returning there calls or emails finally after 3 weeks later [redacted] got a response back from infinity stating they would send someone out to measure for our new unit and would be out to install on Saturday when the installer came to measure he was really shadey and stating oh you don't need a permit because if it doesn't pass the hvac duct testing after I install it. It will cause everyone a big headache my thought was wow he doesn't think he can do the job correct . I contacted [redacted] they stated I had to use this company so I had no choice less than 24 hour before they were suppose to show up and start installing the new unit Infinity contacted [redacted] and added an addition $485 statig they forgot to add charges I finally after talking with over 5 supervisors at [redacted] was able to get a second option from another AC company that came out and fixed my unit within 1 hour I did not need a new unit Infinity needs to refund me my $75 they are dishonestDesired Settlement: Infinity heating and air ended up not completing the job and I am requesting my $75 to be refunded back to me immediatly. This company is very dishonest and unprofessional

Review: DO Not use them...run!!!!One of [redacted]s workers was sent out to my home, they were contracted through American Home Shield. I paid the guy the service fee and he gave me a receipt. I was told that I would be contacted if they could find a new compressor or whether or not the unit needed to be replaced. A month or so went by and my calls went unanswered. I called AHS and was told that they had a record of IHA being dispatched but not a record of them coming out to my home. I was told they would contact IHA for an update. I began receiving statements saying that I owed the service call and I continued to tell them I had paid cash and had a receipt. Each time they called [redacted], he continued to say that I had not paid. Meanwhile I am waiting on someone to tell me whether or not they found the compressor or was I getting a new unit. It has been 5 months now and I made another call to AHS and was told to call [redacted] and agree to pay the Freon charge and he would come out. I did and did not get a return call, so I called him and was told he needed another work order number and he had closed the file after 30 days. I asked why I was receiving a bill and he asked did I have a receipt. My reply was yes and he asked that I email it to him. I immediately emailed it to him. Because of the mix up AHS agreed to cover half the cost of a new service call until they spoke to [redacted] who told them I did not pay it. While on hold with AHS [redacted] called and told me he received the copy and I was a liar and I did not pay the $100. I expressed to him that I had a receipt, and his reply was that I was a liar, his guy did not write cash paid and they were supposed to sign the receipt. That is bull and how would I know they are supposed to sign it when there isn't a signature line and the guy wrote $ 100 cash paid. [redacted] is very unprofessional and continued to yell at me . Hopefully this will help someone else from being taken and I hope all the people who posted on Yelp also contacted the Revdex.com. I have cancelled coverage with AHS and will be using my other home warranty protection.Desired Settlement: I would like my $ 100.00 returned and they Notify American Home Shield that I did in fact pay the service charge so that they stop billing me and do not send me to collections. I have my receipt showing proof of cash payment.
