I am writing in response to your complaint with the Revdex.com and would like to clarify
some things in writing.
First, I apologize that you felt we handled your request improperly. However, here at Infinity Homes we have *** *** who is our front line sales associate and happens to be a realtor in the State of Indiana. *** has been on our staff for over years and has worked from the ground up; starting as office staff. Just last year, she transfered from Office Manager to Lead Sales Manager for ALL of Infinity Homes spec and custom built homes. Basically in order to buy a home through us it has to go through her because she is the Sales Agent for Infinity Homes. If you happen to get in touch with me, I would get *** involved anyway because building a house takes a lot of "kid gloves" to make sure nothing slips thru. *** does a very excellent job with our clients. Again, she happens to be a licensed realtor which is not a bad thing. I truly apologize if you do not want to work with a real estate agent but unfortunately we can no deviate from our model any differently because our "in house" sales agent is also a licensed realtor. I truly am sorry that we can not accomplish what you are looking for. If I can be of further assistance please let me know
