Infinity Improvement

Review: We are Storm Sandy victims and lost our home. Infinity Improvement LLC did not fulfill their contractual agreement and the work they did provide was not done properly. The new electric they installed throughout the house was not done to code, therefore we had to hire an outside company to repair their faulty work which was dangerous as they will advise if needed. The plumbing which includes the hot water/boiler combo was installed incorrectly and once again we had the manufacturer and National Grid come to our home and advise us who we could contact to reinstall the system properly. There are numerous other repairs that were not completed and or not done correctly. For example, the walls are not even, the wood floors are coming up, the bathroom ventilation was put in wrong, the walls were put up before all wires were ran, the caulking in our bathroom is coming off, the wrong size windows were put in and many numerous other items are not correct. We not only paid the contractor, but we have to pay for all of the repairman that have been coming to fix the mess Infinity Improvement has left us with. It is 10 months after the storm and our house is still not repaired. We do not have one completed room in our home and all we do is find more problems as we go along. This company took complete advantage of our situation and we do not want this to happen to others.Desired Settlement: To get a refund of all the money we had to pay other contractors to repair all the work in which he did not do right or not to code. We need a letter from Infinity Improvement LLC to give to our mortgage company stating that he is paid up to date. I cannot finish my home because the mortgage company will not release my funds without this letter.
