I was contacted by this company through Thumbtack when I requested help with drainage issuesInitial contact was very prompt and Joe offered a comprehensive plan to solve our issuesWe were supposed to receive the written estimate days later after our initial consultation (which cost us $125)That fee was to be deducted from total costWe never received the estimateMultiple calls and texts were ignoredDon't even bother with this company!
