Review: Infinity Legal Group does not legally have any authority to handle business in Maryland regarding Loan Modification since they are in California and failed to disclosed this to us upon initial payment that we have already made of $900.00 paid in August, 2015, after being screened and having us send our personal information to them to qualify for a loan modification with our current mortgage lender. We have paid them one of three installments of $900.00 and have not heard back from them. We were told that they would be negotiation with our current lender and no contact has been made with the lender and we have received several documentation from lender and forwarded to Infinity Legal Group. Desired Settlement: Return our initial fee of $900.00 that was electronically taken from our account as a refund immediately. So disappointing to prey on homeowners in a bad economy!

Review: I had file for loan modification with this company and explain my situation from the beginning .well the person who handle the situation at the beginning actually the help I should received .after reviewing my paperwork and seeing my situation clearlywas told I had good case to reduce my mortgage rate .Well it didn't haven't after few month making 3 payment of [redacted] each month I didn't get quite or couldn't afford , an appointed lawDOer [redacted] didn't or wasn't helpful enough. Actually was told by her that it was my fault for falling behind my mortgage also recommended to go Bankruptcy since I had terrible credit. Actually I didn't get any help neither well fargo or this damn Law firm. I am currently trying to suie them for getting my money and not actually helping me out like other company.Desired Settlement: My complete cash back since I had falling behind my mortgage trying to pay them to give me help! Money I couldn't affort

Review: This company is a law firm of [redacted] and contracts are, [redacted] and many more. They supposed to help with your mortgage payments. They email you and call to fax them personal papers and collect three payments of $933, dollars and they did nothing. They did call your bank to notify them that they're representing you and that's it. Than you get a letter from your mortgage company that your house will be going on foreclosure within a month. This law office needs to be stopped and closed down, so that no one else get hurt from this..I had sent a complaint to the [redacted] and haven't heard anything.Desired Settlement: I just want the amount that was taken from me....

Review: This firm deducted $971 from my checking account three (3) months ago, and has not provided the service as per our agreement, and further, does not respond to e-mail or phone messages.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive a refund or to have the contract honored as per the terms initially created.

Review: this company operates in suspect ways. I found out they are not legally allowed to handle NJ cases since they are in California. They never mentioned if I had representation in nj. also they screened me for almost 2 hours initially to see if I qualify with my lender, they told me I was a good candidate.

The service has negotiators that basically just send your documents to your mortgage lender, they pretty much kind of tell you not to pay your mortgage but pay then . I paid them 1248.00 every month for 3 months. they basically did nothing but send my documents and get a status update from lender. The agreement I signed says they were to negotiate on my behalf. They did no negotiations. I was denied a loan modification after 3 months from my lender. Infinity's response was "Oh well thanks for being a customer, you have a bad lender". Not appropriate response and not what I paid for. These people that work there have no leverage or experience in the loan modification business. They should be shut down.Desired Settlement: I would like 50% of the money I sent to infinity Law. $1872 in a refund. I believe this is fair.
