flattire while visiting our property, however we feel that this problem was broughton by their decision to enter an area of the property that was clearly marked “Delivery/Loading”(see attachment #1).  Also, we have adesignated, clearly marked, handicap parking immediately to your right beforeyou enter the loading zone, and clearly marked office parking space next to thehandicap parking space (see attachment #2 and #3).  In addition, as they entered theloading/delivery zone area, the office staff and the on-site maintenance staffheard the children playing in that immediate area, yelling at the prospectiveresident not to go down the loading/delivery zone path.Our unwillingness to pay for the replacement of their tiredoes not demonstrate a lack of remorse on our part, but rather demonstrates ourinability to understand why we should be held accountable and pay for adecision they made, to enter an area that was not only clearly markedDelivery/Loading, but offered additional options that were clearly visible.Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may havecaused them and hope they understand our position on this issue.
