In reference to the case in question, the monument that *** *** *** had ordered from my company will be completed by the end of September, 2017.The reason for the delay was, ***, which she failed to mention to you, defaulted in her payment arrangement*** had a monthly arrangement with
my company for $per month for months with no interest., the total cost of the monument was $2,900.00, she paid a deposit of $downShe defaulted the months of: December 2015, January, February and March with a total balance due at that time of $I called her several times and there was always a reason why it was not being paidThe monument at that time was taken out of production and held which was the proper avenue to take at that timeIt was put back into production after was able to see a number of payments were back on scheduleWhen it is put back in production, it starts at the beginning of the line againThen there was another delay because it was changed from a polish finish to a satin finish, again, back to the front of the line of productionThe monument, percemetery rules and regulations and superintendants orders can only have her parents names and dates of birth, no death dates are allowed until the remains of both parties are interred in the plot where the monument is being placedIf the remains of both parents are interred after the monument is placed, there is an addional charge for the engraving of the death dates for the simple reason equipment must be moved into the cemetery to complete this.My company has been in business for years and I am not going anywhere, J&C Granite & Bronze Company will be around for many years to comeThere are reasons why things happen and the reason above supports why the delay occurredAny business would have made the same decision.If there are any further questions, please contact me at your convenienceI will inform you when this has been completed so you can document it.Sincerely,Joseph PC***/Owner J&C Granite & Bronze Company
