The representative who convinced my husband to choose this company for our roof repair was dishonest. He promised that we could get everything replaced and that most clients end up with thousands of dollars back. He assured us that if we filed a claim, we should have them handle it all.

When they finally arrived to work on our roof on a rainy December day, they left a considerable amount of debris behind. A nail they left on the ground punctured my tire, and they offered no assistance with the repair. Additionally, while my husband was mowing the lawn, he accidentally ran over an entire strip of nails, causing them to fly and damage my car.

I strongly advise against using this company. They pressure you into extensive repairs beyond just the roof, which leads to difficult payment plans, unreliable lenders, and even potential liens on your home. The lack of communication throughout the entire process was incredibly frustrating.

I would absolutely not recommend Bill Greenway or Infinity Roofing and Siding Bill is constantly on you at the beginning of the process until you sign the contract and then he disappears with no communication, and lies about trying to contact you (even when he had my cell and email address, and knew where I lived) I faxed the insurance info to the fax number on his business as he requested and got a receipt that all pages were received He contacted me over a week later to see if I had faxed the info I told him I had the day after he asked me to with his name on the cover sheet He claimed that they did not know him in the office and he never got it Why would you have a fax number on your business card if the company does not know you? One more month passed with no communication at all and then he just stops by my house on a Sunday and said that the office is missing pages and could I give them to him so he could take them to his office It took them over a month to see that they lost of pages? Continual stalls and lack of communication I finally called to talk with his supervisor and the supervisor's supervisor and got nothing but excuses from them Finally I told them to cancel my contract, when I was immediately informed that all roofing supplies just arrived in the warehouse and they could install right away Despite insurance paying for them to reroof the patio roof they packed up and were leaving when I told them they were not done with the job After a lot of phone calls and fighting they came back the next day to complete the roofing Nothing had been said to me at all through this process that the gutters were not going to be installed with roof Several weeks later and a lot more complaints to supervisors about the total lack of communication, etc, I told them to cancel the contract for the gutters And again, in that same call I was told the gutters were in and ready to be installed You can bet, however, that when it came to me paying the bill they expected it immediately and even without me even receiving a detailed bill Bill Greeway text me to say he would stop by to get a check No bill nothing, Just write a check and give it to him Total aggravation once contract was signed to end of the entire process with this companyHave already told a lot of others in my neighborhood and a joining neighborhoods not to go with this companySave yourself the aggravation
