I wish I could give negative starsWe were told lies to sign - of course we signed because we thought we could cancel if something came up which it did and now they are saying we cannot cancelThey neglected to give us proper information and continue taking money from us for a service we aren't usingAfter contacting them about this they didn't offer any ways to help or work around our situation (they certainly didn't care about us- they just want your money)It got to a point where they just stopped replying and after messages left on their voicemails I never got any follow upAt this point it seems like they are avoiding while continuing to take moneyI would NEVER recommend this companyIf you're' staying put and don't plan on going anywhere and don't need to really contact them for anything then sure they might be okay but for usour life isn't black and white and we needed to cancel months ago and we are getting the run aroundA business that tells lies and gets you to sign a contractDisappointingNot how a business should be run
