Review: A driver insured by Infinity Select Insurance Company caused damage to our property. The fault was not disputed by the insured and we have witnesses to the event. A claim was filed on April 16, 2015 after several unsuccessful attempts to get through. We were referred to an adjustor who indicated she would be out to view the damage and process the claim. We have called and left 4 phone messages to her which have gone unanswered. We do not know if she has come out to see the damage yet or not. We also called the claims office and were told they would pass the information along. Again, no response. We are awaiting reimbursement for the damage or an update to the claim.Desired Settlement: We would like to be paid per the estimate to repair the damage that was submitted to Infinity on April 16, 2015.
