Review: I ordered my cases in February. I received them in March. The cases were decent for the money but somewhat cheaply made. I had a blemish on one of the cases and another case the LED lights did not work. After several months they replaced the case with the Blemish after sending me the wrong case initially. The light was replaced in May and within a month the transformer broke. Since than I have still had no light in my display case. They were suppose to send me a new piece and they never did. I paid money for new working cases. My expectations are to receive what I paid for. IN 7 months my cases have never been 100% complete or satisfied. I have called a number of times and the issue is not taken care of. I want a full refund for my cases and I want the lighting to work on the case.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for my cases and I want the lighting to work on the case.

The customer placed an order for some Showcases in February and received them in March (as scheduled). One of the cases had a cosmetic blemish, possibly caused during shipping. the cases that had the damage was replaced. the customer complained of a problem with one of the LED lights. that also was replaced. later the customer contacted us that the light stopped working and it possibly has a burnt transformer. we sent the customer a replacement again. the customer then contacted us that the wire on the LED might be burnt/damaged. being that these LED lights are very particular, the extra parts took a little while to ship. we have already shipped the replacement wire to the customer.
we have been working with the customer to address their needs and concerns, and will continue to do so. this case is out of the ordinary for us, as we sell many of these cases without any problems (aside from the occasional cracked piece of glass from shipping) especially with the LED's. if there is still a problem with the lighting we may have to confirm that there are no out of the ordinary conditions on the installation site.
