Infiniti Talent solutions has failed to respect the privacy of their candidates by demanding information such as specific reporting contacts and current salary information. Salary information is not something that may be shared beyond the confines of a business or entity thus Infinity TS is in violation of most business accepted practices and in violation of CA and NYC laws which make it illegal to request certain "NPI" as it relates to one's current employment. When called out on a specific case of these practices the CEO of Infinity TS attempted to change the narrative by accusing their candidate of talking inappropriately to their recruitment staff. If this agency contacts you it's in your best interest remove them as resource in your job search and instead conduct business with an agency whom will be respectful, listen to the needs of their potential staffers, and conduct themselves in both a legal and professional manner.
Infinity Talent denies any "alleged" unacceptable business practices with this candidate or any candidate. In fact, we pride ourselves in complying and abiding by the NALSC Code of Ethics. It is common practice in this industry for an employment agency to establish and verify credentials, professional employment, reasons for departure and salary histories of its candidates prior to determining whether they meet the specific needs of a client. This particular candidate's salary information was not shared with anyone beyond the confine of this business which is a direct contradiction to her claims. In addition, this individual was exceptionally rude to the Infinity staff which was completely unprofessional in light of the fact that we were assisting her with her employment search. We have an excellent reputation in the community with both clients and candidates that speaks for itself. This individual's negative comments have no basis and no weight.
