This account was installed by Infinity Technologies but we just an installing/service dealer for [redacted].  We can not cancel any accounts on customers behalf because all we do is install and service the equipment.  I would be more than happy to get you in touch with [redacted] ###-###-#### but we do not have any control over your actual account.  As for the harassing phone calls, our office has never reached out to you about making any kind of payment because you do not owe us anything it would be [redacted] calling to collect. I did try calling you yesterday after we received your cancellation letter to let you know that unfortunately there is nothing that we as Infinity do about the cancellation and that you would have to call [redacted] because we are just the installing dealer.    Please feel free to contact me directly ###-###-#### if you have any questions.

Great experience. Our installer was Tim, he was very professional and curteous. We've had no issues thus far and we love the touch screen panel!

[redacted], owner and Presidemt, gave me an excelllent explamation of his security system so I decided to make a switch because of ease of operation. [redacted] has been installing the system and is friendly and very informative.

I just got my new home alarm installed from Infinity Technologies, and so far I am very happy with it. The sales rep came out one night and the next day the installer was out here putting in my new security system. They gave me all the equipment for free , and gave me everything that was promised. The installation of the system was very fast and easy. I upgraded my old out of date ADT system, and now have my whole house protected with this top of the line, wireless, brand new, user friendly system that I can arm and disarm remotely from my cell phone. My family feels very safe with our new monitored security system, and would recommend them to anyone considering a new system or upgrading an old system.

had infinity technologies out today to install my new smart home security system. Vince came out to install the alarm very fast clean work. very satisfied with the products they offer. We will highly recommend this system.

My experience with infinities technology has been an exceptional one. Ciameron, one of the owners, came over and explained the new system in great detail and while he was here, Trevor, the technician, installed an upgraded alarm panel for free.

This is an AMAZING security system! The installer was willing to come out on Sunday. We had an ADT system that NEVER functioned properly. Our installer went above and beyond to properly fix our system. This is a wireless security system, and I love that I can control my security over my cell phone or ipad!

Had wonderful service and upgrading of an old system. The rep and installer was great...providing excellent customer service.

They were very helpful, gave use lots of information about there company. They also gave us good deals. I couldn't be any happier.

Review: March 29,2013 a home security system salesman knocked.I feel like he took advantage of me and my age. He said the system I had was not secure and anyone could just cut the line.It would cost $119.97 to cancel with Guardian services.He then said he'd reimburse me in cash if I went with his company and I believed him and paid.He also told me he was president of the company. For 2 yrs I tried to contact them with no avail.I was disgusted with the situation.Infinity Technologies is a scam and I feel I was taken advantage of as well as lied to.on May 22,2015 Northstar Alarm Services Knocked.I felt at ease and comforted by the service so I decided to go with them and cancel my services with Infinity. I have recieved several calls with messages that I owe $1600 and now they are harassing me. I want nothing to do with a company that thinks it's ok to abuse the elderly. That is exactly what they have done.I have put a stop paymenton auto pay as well as sent a letter stating I no longer need their servicesDesired Settlement: I would like Infinity Technologies to take attention to their salespeople and be responsible for that. I don't owe them any more $$ since I no longer use their service. They have no reason to call and harass me. I have exceptional credit and they no have grounds to change that.I have learned not to trust everyone and they thought me that.This is happening because of their actions.They maybe should be charged with elder abuse.

I am rejecting this response because: It was an Infinity Salesperson who came to my door and told me lies just to get the sale. How is it that if i'm not with Infinity they know all this information. I am now aware that Infinity And [redacted] are partners but some one besides me needs to be accountable. I have sent both companies a cancellation letter and I feel that is enough. There is no way I feel I have to pay $1600.00 for this. They are both just trying to take advantage of me and who knows how many other seniors. It's now at the age of 82 that I learn the lesson that companies are scams. They want $1600.00 when all they had to do is pay me $119.97 like I was told. Had that have happened I would not had reason to want to change service. I'm not sure who the salesperson was at this point but I know Infinity does. Maybe he should have to pay [redacted] $1600.00. I will file a complaint on [redacted] except for the fact I didn't talk to anyone representing them.

Great service, good communication , demonstration and clean service. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Review: Mr. [redacted] then asked me would I switch service from [redacted] to Infinity Technologies, Inc. for the same price of $33.78 for a guaranteed period of 3 years without a price increase for monitoring service and I told him "Yes". Next he started filling out the "Alarm Monitoring Agreement" papers and in the Total Monthly Fee column he wrote "$34.99" and I stopped him and told him to stop the paperwork because I was not going to sign it at that price. He told me that he has to write it up as $34.99 but will be refunding me back $43.56 in cash within 6 weeks. I asked him to explain the $43.56 and took a calculator and inputted 34.99 minus 33.78= $1.21 multiplied by 36 months (3 years) = $43.56. He told me that it will indicate on paper that I am paying $34.99 but in reality I will only be paying $33.78 per month with the $43.56 rebate that he will return to me which is the same amount what I paying now for a price guarantee for 3 years.Desired Settlement: Today, is 12 May 2014 and the 6 weeks has passed many times and I am still waiting for my $43.56 from Mr. [redacted]. I have tried to contact Mr. [redacted] by phone many times ([redacted]'s phone # ###-###-####) and left messages for him to call me and give me the money that he owes me but he never returns my call. Since [redacted] is an employee of INFINITY TECHNOLOGIES, INC. and representing your company, I feel that if he refuses to pay me as he promised then his company should be responsible for his promise that he made to me. If I don't receive quick action on this complaint then I will be contacting and forwarding this letter to the California Attorney and the local Television News Channels in this area (3,10, 13) or misrepresentation of lying to a customer to make a sale and concerning the costs of services by your employee.
