This customer had their system installed in August of 2013. In August of 2014 they had their filters changed on the reverse osmosis system. Up until January of 2015 there is not one record of any complaint communicated by this customer to our office. On Wed. January, 21, they called and stated to...
our personnel that they had just had a new dishwasher installed and now they have a problem that the dishwasher installer says is our fault. It's a little suspect that for almost two years the system was fine and now we are being told it was installed wrong. Additionally, all this communication was passed on to us by the women above with a hysterical, screaming voice. She continued to scream , and I mean scream, at our lady that answers the phone for service calls. Despite the screaming and the fact that this is on its face suspicious, we told the women we would come and see if there was a problem. It was then communicated to her that if there was no problem, there would be a $94 service charge, which is our standard service charge. It also was stated that if there was a problem and it was our fault, we would not charge her. This brought on another cascade of screaming at our office lady. The thought that she may have to pay for service was obviously to much for her to bear. She denied the service.

Once again I would like to say that I have no interest in working with this company as I no longer trust them. Nor do I want any communication passed along from them unless its an apology for the way they treated a customer especially a woman. Their behaviour was extremely insulting and rude. I want to specify again that at this point I don't want any service from them charged or otherwise, I seek an apology from them and also my complaint displayed in your website so that at least it will protect future customers from this company and their bad business practices.
