offered a package deal to fix the issue as well as future support on the deviceThe process described below was followed to obtain authorization from the customer for the services renderedWe have a policy to explain the services, get a signed authorization form, and then start working on the issueOnce the issue is fixed we inform the customer and after a week’s time we call our customers again to confirm if everything was done as promised and whether the customer is 100% satisfied or notWhen the customer gives the second approval, then the payment is settledIn this case, while the work was in progress, the call got disconnected and the work was never completed by our teamWe tried reaching the customer to finish fixing the issue, but she was no longer interested in the serviceWe respected her decision and closed this case without any chargeOnce again, we extend our sincerest apology to our respectful customer and will take this opportunity to train our CSR and improve our services.Regards,Billing DepartmentInfinity Web Solutions LLC
