99% of communication was done through text so there was no abusive language , I did the roof paint and window , cutting round tr out of plywood was giving me trouble to make ilook right, I took to long for the homeowners liking I billled for what I did per the insurance paperwork I...

did mention a lien but not once did I mention anything but contacting my lawyer when [redacted] said she talked to a lawyer. [redacted] also said she hired someone else to do the rest of the work then come to find out that was not true because I saw an ad on facebook pop up that she was looking for a contractor to finish. She also mentioned how she had gone through a messy abusive divorce and I believe is a little bitter about life.

I am rejecting this response because: First I'm not bitter, my divorce was not messy, my ex went to prision.  Ask anyone who knows me, kind of a crazy happy person.  He contracted out the easy parts and walked on the hard parts.  I got a freind of mine who is a retired contractor to do the wood part of the one window (took him about 4 hours total including shopping).  The insurance company helped me find someone to finish the windows (i hope).  [redacted] has been banned from [redacted].  The window he did replace is a different color from all the other windows.  I never want to have to deal with him again.  The only reason I contacted the Revdex.com was to help warn others, so they won't have to go through the same thing I did.  I saw the similar conplaint about [redacted] to late. I do not want. Oh and Ik have saved all the texts to prove anything I say.

last Wednesday to come finish the work today (9/19/16) at 10:00. I received a text from him at 9:38am this morning stating something else came up and that he was unable to make it out here to work today. He has not responded committing to another date. I just purchased an additional $69.65 in material that should have been included as part of the original bid - per the sub's request. I'm fine with that at this point, as long as the work gets completed this week.

The window was not broken cracked or otherwise damaged there foreis a manufacturer defect , the unit has to be paid for by the manufacturer so was a process but has been ordered and will be installed when it comes in.

He did hire another contractor that called me and complained about [redacted] , I am refunding him when he agrees to the back charges and not till

I have a sub working there now and will finish when she has the rest of the materials.

I called me [redacted] to resolve the issue and refund him he has / had a ladder and a lot of wasted time running when he ordered materials himself. He would not reason at all I am willing to settle .

damage to my backyard (all my backyard lawn went bad) not taking out the trash. Made me do multiple orders for the deck material had to pay restocking fee unnecessarily due to his negligence. I had to spend lot of time to trace him, no response and left the work incomplete caused safety issues (my neighbor helped me to put together things which were left on deck) to my kids. He was not responsive at all to complete the work and on top of that he threatened me to lien my house (don't know what was his base to lien my house, because I hired him to do the job). He told me all stories that he is homeless, going through some family issues etc. I don't trust this guy.This is the first bad experience ever with any contractor, he caused me lot of depression, had to spend lot of time searching how to trace this guy and complete the work. Actually he has to pay me more for the trouble and pain he made me go through. He didn't even respond much until I open this complaint with Revdex.com. I hope it is going resolved soon. Sincerely,
