On March 20, 2015 I did in fact sell Mrs. [redacted] a set of wheels and tires for a Honda Odyssey van to De-Pax her van. The wheels and tires were from my daughters van, who just bought new. The tires that came on the wheels were in fact used and the purchase price was $600.00. The wheels alone would...

cost over $1000.00 new. But it helped both Mrs. [redacted] and my daughter out so I let them go. I offered to rotate them for the life of the tires but used tires do not have a mileage warranty.
In regard to the size and style, I showed them to Mr. [redacted]. I must have written down the wrong size, by accident, when looking at the tires with Mr. [redacted]. The wheels and tires were barrel stacked so I assumed all tires were the same brand as the top tire. I represented them to Mr. [redacted] as used wheels with tires already on them.
I have since spoke to both Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] to try to clear the confusion and get on the Same page.
To sum this matter up, it was an out of thc ordinary transaction from our day to day business. There was some confusion but it was a great deal. I sent Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] four $50.00 gift cards in hopes we can make this a positive ending and to offer help to them the next time they need new tires.
