I ordered a grand kingdom set which is more expensive than the normal set and then they diliver me the normat cheap set and for all that its also have essue ( its not working will )
Because they have no dilivery to Dubai so I used shipsteruse to diliver it here to dubai , then I recognized that the chess board that they send me is not the same as I ordered also its not working well it has an essue , the shipment cost me 140 usd , and now they want me to return the shipment there and I will pay also around 140 usd then also they will exchange it and I will ship it again with the amount so I will pay around 420 usd ,
I send them the video and pictures of the shipment ,
What I asked them is only to give me a discount and I will order new one because its there fault to send me wrong chess board and damage one , but they even dont want .

Bought their "smart" Chess Board for my father or Christmas. Upon trying to use it, it did not work. I followed their instructions on their website to fix it and still it did not work. I then followed their instructions on how to get a refund and return or just get a new board that would work. It took them longer than they said to get back to me. When they did get back to me I was told to send them a picture of an product information sticker on the box which I did. This was all within a week of Christmas and I have sent them repeated emails asking when they will get back to me and I have not heard a thing. I payed over $300 for this board and now I want my money back because they have been nothing but horrible.
