Purchased many items in December Company failed to send products when promised
I was promised items on my order in March of I2k play aka inflatable only shipped a couple in AprilSome in May which were missing from pallets that I paid full price of shipping forThen some in JuneShould have cost less to ship since items were missingNever made or shipped a product I wanted for an engagement proposalThey also shipped the wrong accessories with a couple of my itemsQuality issues on some items*** the owner isn't willing to resolve my issuesTerrible service and only cares about the money going in his product
Ps: *** will say I had custom items ordered but we only changed the colors on a fewPlus no items were in stock so they had to be made anyways
