Review: I ordered an inflatable movie screen on June 25, 2013. I paid $4999 for it. I was told I would not have in the 2 weeks I wanted it in. I was told it would be three and a half weeks. I called to inquire several weeks ago and it was not complpeted yet. I then called again a week or so later, and "[redacted] " said he wasnt sure why it hadnt shipped, because it was manufactured already. He was going to call me back in 30 minutes. Never heard from "[redacted]". Called about another week later, and inquired with [redacted]...he said it still hadnt shipped, but it would go out right away and would be there in a couple days. I received a Bill of Lading from "**" via email with no tracking number or any way to track. Again, I had been assured it would be here in a couple days so I was glad to almost be through this process. The bill of lading was emailed to me on 8-14-13...it is now 8-28-13...and I still have not received the product. I have used common carrier a lot in my life...2 weeks is way beyond normal. I called ** this morning on Aug 28. He could not find my file or give me a tracking number. I asked for the owner of the company, and was told it is "[redacted]" and he was not in yet. ** said he would look around and see if he could find my file and call me back. I asked to be called back in 30 minutes with an update, even if he couldnt find my file, as all the promises made to me so far have been broken. From a promised delivery date of 3 1/2 weeks, we are now at 9 weeks. We have lost revenue becasue of lies and unfulfilled promises. It was explained when I ordered that if they couldnt get it to me quick enough I would need to purchase from someone else, and I was assured that while they couldnt get it to me in 2 weeks, 3 and a half weeks would happen.Desired Settlement: I want to receive my purchase and if it is not everythign the sales person "SOLD" me on, I would like a complete refund. If it is a good product, I'd like a partial refund for the broken promises, and the lost revenue for not delivering as promised.

Sorry I didnt see this sooner. ssue mostly due to loss in translation. This customer screen was delivered two weeks ago. I assume he will be closing this complaint.. since I have not heard form him since he received the screen. If you need tracking information let me know.
