On October I purchased a used pickup truck from Miles Chevrolet in Decatur, Illinois When we closed the deal I asked the salesman if there was a second key and remote He told me he would check and see and call me the next day to let me know He did not return my call and I waited a week and called him back to see what he had found out He told me they had got the extra key and remote from the previous owner, and would get them in the mail to me since I live on the Missouri/Arkansas border I waited a week and had not received the key and remote I again called and spoke to the salesman to see what was up with the key and remote and was told that another person had already mailed them I asked to speak to the sales manager and was told he was in a meeting and he would call me as soon as he was out of the meetingI again waited a several days and had not received the key and remote I again called the salesman only to be informed the salesman no longer worked there I

On 06/16/I purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Miles Chevrolet and during the closing found that I had been charged approxdollars for an extended warranty that was added to the final balance of my loanI immediately made it known that I was NOT interested in an extended warranty and was told that by lowering the selling price the warranty would cost practically nothingOf course that did not happen and the price went from a sale price of 7,to Of course there were taxes, license, for "documentary fee", and "MPP" "warranty"I would be ignored every time I mentioned not being interested in the "warranty"About weeks ago the cooling fan went out and I took the car back to Miles to have it repaired, and was immediately informed that the warranty would NOT cover the repair, and it would cost approxto repair the car (it cost me just to be told this) so, I have been without a vehicle for nearly weeks, I have a totally wo

When I looked at the truck I was told that it had heated seats but sales person informed me that he did not know how to work them because it was a Ford and he was a Chevy guy, he told me he would find out how to work them, he also told me that it had navigation but did not know how to work it eitherHe said he would find out how to work all of this, then show me Friday when I picked it up, Friday came, he still did not know how to work it and told me to read the book, I did and found out it didn't have either one of these thingsI paid them Wednesday so I was stuck with it, that is not a bad thing I like the truck but I think I was misrepresented The second complaint I have is that I purchased extra coverage and was told I would get copies in the mail, a month has passed and I have not received them yetI called the sales manager, he said he would send them, I called the general manager, he had the sales person call me who said again they would send them to me,still haven't go
