Review: This company failed to send my complete order. The order that arrived did not even have an invoice attached. I have called numerous times and left message but no one has returned my calls or emails.

Review: Product came damage and missing items. My wife took photos. Contact company and left several messages with emails. No response back. There was a necklace missing, the wood on the box was broken in two spots because it wasn't properly wrapped. It was thrown in the box. There was no return slip. There website stated that they would pay for the return. My wife and I have called them multiple times (over 10) left messages and sent emails with no answer to neither. The box was sent back.Desired Settlement: Full refund and return shipping

Review: I ordered a silk scarf on line April 24, 2013 and was charged $73.50 to my [redacted]. Paid for express delivery for April 26th.

Never received scarf.

Called many times and finally got [redacted] on the line on May 10th. He said scarf was back ordered (no one ever told me) and it would ship May 18th. He would waive shipping as an apology.

It is June 5th. I have never received the scarf. I have left at least 7 voice messages and one email. NO REPLY.

I have contacted [redacted] to dispute the charge on my credit card.Desired Settlement: Delivery of scarf asap. No shipping and handling charge. I will then allow charge back on [redacted].

Review: I placed an order from this website for earrings in May, 2013. I was immediately charged $58.50 from my debit card. I never received the product. Weeks went by and when I called I was told the product was on backorder. I have called several times since and no one answers the customer service number anymore. I have left numerous messages and e-mails, to no avail. I simply want a refund at this point.Desired Settlement: I never received a product, my account WAS charged, so I would like the order cancelled and a refund issued to my account.

Review: On April 4, 2013 I placed an online order with DCGiftshop.com aka DCMerchant.com for a pair of cufflinks. A total of $68.50 was immediately debited from my bank account for the product and shipping costs. I received a confirmation email and was instructed to click on a link to follow the progress of my order and shipping status. Two weeks following my order, having not received the product, I called the number provided in my confirmation email (###-###-####) to inquire about the status of my order. I left a voicemail with no returned call. I sent an email to the email address provided ([redacted]) and did not receive a response. To date, I have left numerous voicemails (now the voice mailbox is full so I cannot leave anymore messages) and several emails - none of which have been responded to. Basically, I was taken for $68.50 and have nothing to show for it but frustration.Desired Settlement: If I can't get the cufflinks I purchased, I need my money refunded ($68.50). I would hate for this to happen to someone else for a larger sum of money. Clearly this "company" has no respect for its customers or fair business practices. To not return or even acknowledge a phone message or email is disgraceful this day and age.

I am rejecting this response because: The business states in their response they have attached the shipping confirmation and delivery confirmation but I did not see an attachment, nor have I received the product as of June 12th. I wish to be reimbursed to close this matter.

Review: The merchandise I've ordered from this vendor was never received. Unable to get in touch with the vendor through the provided contact info: no response to numerous emails and no one answers the phone number listed on their website and I cannot leave a message because the box is full.
