I am rejecting this response because:Every message and text I get from you gets more and more ignorantYOU NEVER mentioned a day return policyI NEVER received my receipt until I demanded it! No contract or any informationYou just told me you would build me a gaming desktop and it would have a 2gb Video card and 16GB RamDo you have any proof that you mentioned the day return policy at all? No!? Just like I do not have any thing showing the cash I GAVE YOU! Besides half of it to your bank accountNow your stating in the fake receipt that I paid way less! O ya take this to court were only thing that will happen is that it will be dismissed cause there is no legal contract stating anything! Because you and your fake business provide NOTHING! Unless it is demanded than you forge a fake receipt! I want a refund now! Full price that I spent! Or you can give me more gbs of ram and a actual video card! Which was included in my price! Not even the drivers were included! Your only mad cause you got told off by my friend who knew what he was talking about! Now either refund my money so I can actually purchase from someone who is actually well known and not a fraud like you! Or this waste of time just keeps going!

[redacted] got what he paid for, plain and simple. He was not mislead or promised anything other than what is on his invoice and what came installed in his computer. Furthermore, the fact that it took [redacted] 4 months to report this leads me to believe this is buyer's remorse. My refund policy states that clients have 30 days to refund their purchase. [redacted] is well passed that. I will NOT give him a refund for his computer. He is more than welcome to contact his attorney or file a case in small claims if he feels that he was treated unjust or there was any wrongdoing.

I am rejecting this response because:He stated when I called him that he would build me a GAMING DESKTOP! I got a over grown DVD Player. As stated in the previous message. He never gave me a contract or a receipt till just yesterday! I asked for one over and over and never received any form! He mentioned he would send it but never did! Until I texted him over and over yesterday demanding one! Than when I finally receive it and see how much I was scammed and how much he apparently left out of what I truly paid him! (Which is in cash so of course he wants me to go to court with no evidence! Besides his lies that he admits now) He never mentioned a 30 Day money back guarantee! Just mentioned it had some sort of waranty that was placed on it. Than I mention not receiving a gaming computer and suddenly my Video card does not exist! So I want a refund ASAp IN CASH! And he can come pick up this garbage and give me the cash in person! I will not accept a check or any other form of payment as my trust was lost when he started the lies! Now I want my money back so I can put it towards a real gaming computer and he can sell this to some one else who believes his lies. I have not touched the insides of this computer other than to clear out any dust that collected inside! Now I want my cash back and he can have his entire setup back. Thanks....

[redacted] got what he paid for. Everything inside the computer he purchased and is on the invoice. His new computer was delivered with all neccessary documentation such as receipts, warranty information, and a diclaimer. What happened to to those ducuments after delivery are NOT the...

responsibility of my company. He was not defrauded in any fashion what-so-ever. [redacted] made 2 seperate payments on the computer, one payment of $390 directly deposited into my company's account and another payment of $100 when the computer was delivered. Due to an error in shipping, the LCD he was also entitled to receive was very late and I expressed my apologies. [redacted] did not pay for anything he DID NOT receive nor was he promised anything that wasn't included in his initial order.
