a matter of fact, we NEVER called any consumer with any solicitations. Mr. [redacted] [redacted] did not present any proof to his claim that someone from  InfoServ USA, Inc. called him.If Mr. [redacted] [redacted] does not withdraw his compliant immediately, we'll have no choice but to purse legal actions for defamation.
