I have not had service with company in 3 years. They have been billing me for 3 years for a service I didn't request. Now they are adding late chargesThree years ago I had internet and cable service with Infostructure. I switched cable service, but left internet with Infostructure. They mistakenly turned my internet off when they turned my cable off. I called and told them I did not want internet turned off. When they came to my house to pick up the cable boxes they turned my internet back on. They then began sending me a $25 bill for a service charge. I called them and wrote them telling them that I did not ask for a service call. I never told them to turn off my internet so I wasn't go to pay $25 to turn it back on. When they continued to bill me I finally just had the service disconnected. For 3 years they have been billing me $25 and sending me a bill monthly. Now, after 3 years, they have begun adding a $15 per month late fee to the bill. Now my bill is $55 and is going up $15 every month. I never asked for a service call and they were only at my house because they came to pick up the cable boxes. There was nothing wrong with my internet. They turned it off by mistake and I never agreed to pay a service call fee to have it turned back on. I will not pay the $25 service fee, nor will I pay the $15 per month late fee. The service fee is an unauthorized service. And the $15 per month late fee is fraud. Desired SettlementI paid Infostructure for all of the authorized services they provided to me. I owe them nothing and want my account to reflect that. Thank you.

We have had clickone internet now for a few years. Thier internet is expensive. You NEVER get the speed that is promised. And perhaps most importantly, they are UNRELIABLE. Our internet is down constantly, sometimes multiple times in a week. Thier adds and site promise 99% reliability. 99% chance it will go down frequently. When you call for help/service the office staff is RUDE. This is especially true of the office manager. I have never known a more unprofessional human being inmy life. How do they get away with such terrible service, you ask. Because they are the only game in town and they know it. I wish there were other providers available to me, I would switch in an instant. Company failed to return phone calls on numerous occasions. Company also failed to rectify the situation after being notified of the issue.My wife and I pay twice what we should for our internet service every single month. Our credit rating is outstanding and we never miss a payment. We have not been receiving the service we have been paying for for several months now. In fact I would dare say we have not been receiving the service we have been paying for for over a year now. The internet is constantly out of service at our home. On numerous occasions Infostructure was notified about our poor internet service. On several occasions I made every effort to report our issues and they just flat out "gaffed me off". They would not return phone calls on numerous occasions. If and when someone felt that they needed to speak with me it was always some low ranking sales individual at an alternate site. I was never able to speak to a manager in regards to the situation. The company's headquarters was contacted on several occasions between the months of May 2013 and August 2013, it was so regular that at one point I was calling on what seemed like a weekly basis. During that time the company headquarters failed to call me back on every single occasion, even after notifying after hour phone operators and begging, in fact pleading with them to put me in touch with someone in management the very next business day. On Monday August 29 through Wednesday August 31, 2013 our modem fried itself and after contacting the company with no answer I talked to a couple of my neighbors. My neighbors recommended that I contact a gentlemen who lives in our neighborhood, I was told he was a supervisor and that he would take care of me. Since management was interested in doing anything I contacted this gentlemen and his crew came and fixed my modem by replacing it. This is the third "new" modem we have been on since moving in nearly two years ago. I finally had the displeasure of making contact with a manager on September 3, 2013 and I was told that I would only be credited with the three days that the internet was down. I told the manager at that time that unless she credited me with at least two months of internet service that I had paid for but got little of I would be contacting the Revdex.com. She failed to see how serious I was about this stating that all she could credit me with was one month and the three days that the internet was out. She also informed me that all the after hour calls go to an alternate site which translates into management had no idea what was going on. Adding insult to injury they conducted themselves as if they didn't care at all. My wife and I work hard for our money and I want to make sure that I am receiving the products, goods, and services that we pay for. I find this whole situation extremely outrageous and unsatisfactory as I have been paying (with no missed payments) for internet service that has been "shoddy" at best. This is not how a business should be run, this is not how paying customers should be treated. I simply will not tolerate this type of behavior from any business. Desired SettlementI want a written formal apology from managers [redacted] and [redacted] of Infostructure and I am looking for at least two months credit for internet service that was paid for but not received. Thank you for your time.
