was the owner of the company during all three name changes he is still the owner of the company today and refuses to stand behind his warranty givendid he not profit off of that job? Changing your name should not void your customers warranties you were the owner when my truck was repaired and you are still the owner today but refuse to fix my truck

Regards,He not only owns the property according to what you’re saying but he is also 50+% owner of the company’s just the same when *** ** *** managed his companyI don’t see why he wouldn’t stand behind his lifetime warranty as long as the owners still owns the vehicleHe profited off the money made not Just renting a buildingHe’s doing business and hiding behind his managers and name changesDoes he charge rent or take 50+ percent of the profits every month? He profited from my repair and needs to stand behind his warrantyIt’s quite a simple fix To repair the botched job done in his shop
