Since we have paid Infront to host our website Twice now Infront has shut down our website WITHOUT NOTICE; I don't find out the website is down until I start getting phone calls from people interested in our programs and services This time Infront says that our website must be upgraded to a new server, and is holding the website hostage until we pay $for the upgrade They have done all of this without any notice whatsoever I did not receive an email, a phone call, or a letter concerning server issues As a matter of fact, I just recently paid our quarterly invoice which I received through email Why would I have paid for another months of service if they had informed me of an upgrade? Our website is extremely important for our nonprofit organization, as I'm sure websites are important for all organizations these days Shutting it down like Infront has makes our organization look disreputable Now we will be without a website for 1-weeks while it is being re

This company engages in fraudulent and deceptive business practicesI went to them in late June and spoke to Mike ***, the marketing director and explained what services I was looking for I was told that I would be given "Full Service" SEO services, costing $per month as that was the plan that would provide me with what I needed to get my website revamped for search engine optimization, and that was the cost given the size of my website At that time, they provided me with a "proposal" listing numerous technical terms for the work they would be performing, without any real explanation of what this work entails, or how many hours their team would be spending on my project per month, or how many tasks listed I could expect to be done per month

Infront Webworks has been a joy to work with. They are A+ in customer service and their response time is second to none. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
