Terrible
Said they were coming at ten. Then called and said they were coming at 1. By 5, no call, never showed up so complained to company. After the second call, they texted me and said they were on their way. Too late. I cancelled them. Complained to ahs. Next time I had an issues, AHS put the same company on the job. Called and cancelled them. Not reliable and barely any communication between client and company.

INGAIR showed up to replace compressor fan in A/C contacted by *** Showed up on time and started pulling fan out and then tried to replace it with a used fan they had on their van. Thankfully it didn't fit or we would have had another issue. Almost a week went by to get new fan that they installed without me being home. (that was good) When I got home to check on it they had placed a brick on the A/C unit to try and quite the unit down from rattling a new issue after their repair. Contacted INGAIR, the woman answered the phone is rude and has no customer skills. *** was shocked but wouldn't help either said I needed to contact INGAIR. After looking at the new fan motor they installed I also realized they installed a lower speed fan. 1500rpm fan came out of the unit and INGAIR replaced it with a 1075rpm fan, cooling at only 2/3 the rated requirement. Contacted INGAIR and *** about that as well neither companies wanted to do anything about it. Would NEVER allow INGAIR on to my property again to fix anything and *** after 20yrs of being with them cancelled. Horrible experience with both and *** stated that INGAIR reported that they made another visit and replaced the wrong motor which is false as well. *** needs a better vetting process and they also will not see another dollar from me. I have ordered the correct fan and will install that this weekend. RIDICULOUS

Ricky from Ingair replaced a controlled board. A/C still not working, another company diagnosed a busted compressor. Ingair should have known.
A/C went out mothers day 5-13-18 called American Home Shield our home warranty and they set up Ingair. Ricky showed up next day 5-14-18 said it was the controller panel. Connolly panel came in on Thursday 5-24-18 but Ricky not available til 5-30-18. Daughter stayed home that day and Ricky came out replaced th control panel said he was short staffed and busy wasn't going to clean the coils and that cleaning coils not covered by American Home Shield. Started the a/c and told my daughter to let the unit run it will take awhile to cool down the house. When my wife got home she checked the thermostat and it was not secured properly to the wall and read system failure! American Home Shield was called to report ac not working and they called Ricky and Ingair who told them the ac was working when he left. Paid *** another *** and after two hours diagnosed a busted compressor. Brought me over and you can hear the clanking sound. Also hooked up a tool that read voltage and the compressor should run around 100 or so and the compressor was running at over 400. If Ricky did His job he should know that the compressor was shutting down and not running because it was reading to high. Ricky - Ingair is refusing to reopen the American Home Shield call.

Re-evaluate ac unit and check compressor.

To whom it may concern,
ING Air went out to the home on May 14th and diagnosed a shorted-out control board as well as a need to do maintenance on both indoor and outdoor coils. The control Board was ordered, and authorization was given on the 16th of May to install the control board. The part was made available on the 24th of May but the next available appointment. The installation of the control board was covered by the home warranty company, but maintenance was not covered by the home warranty company. The home owner did not ask for maintenance to be done until the day of the instillation. Due to us being short staffed and the maintenance being a 3-hour job we could not preform the maintenance because a schedule had been made prior that needed to be honored. We apologized to the homeowner and offered to schedule an appointment for the maintenance that was needed to be done but homeowner refused. ING Air apologizes for any inconvenience or misunderstandings.

The real problem was the neighbors across the street were having their yard worked on. The neighbors workers broke a gas line. Ricky from Ingair was more worried about smoking a cigarette and not getting his truck blocked in by the three firetrucks that he didn't do a proper, complete job. The compressor was shot. We since had Cutting Edge come out and replace the compressor and now found out the starter is out also. We went without air conditioning for a month and a half, because Ricky -Ingair did not do their job and yet kept telling our home warranty company the a/c was fine. Ingair is incompetent and other people should know.

Very unprofessional and rude.

INGAIR was hired by my client's home warranty company to replace a heating unit in the attic. The day of scheduled maintenance, they called 2 hours prior to our appointment and canceled due to rain. I told the receptionist that I was the Agent not the home owner & they needed to call the home owner and explain the situation to him. She told me "Well you can just hire someone else if you want." and then hung up on me.

They came Wednesday afternoon to replace the unit in the attic. After completion of work I went upstairs to check the thermostat temperature and noticed a lot of insulation from the attic had littered the floor below the attic access as well as down the hall and down the steps. I went outside to ask them if they had a dustpan and broom to sweep up the mess they made with the insulation and his response to me was "We are heating and cooling not a maid service."

Exceptional customer service is key in this industry. The home should look exactly as it did before the job began. Simple steps could have been taken to remedy this situation. Very disappointed in this company and their hospitality to their customers.

I would like to inform that it was communicated with the homeowner, when the homeowner puts a claim to the Home Warranty weâ??re allowed to only communicate with the homeowner and are not allowed to give information to anybody else unless authorized by the homeowner. We set the appointment with the homeowner we got everything set up and the weather changed so the schedule changed. For safety precautions we contacted the homeowner and he gave us the phone number of the agent. We called the agent to let them know about the schedule because the homeowner knew about the appointment for long time. Sophie the agent didnâ??t know and that it's on them. We set the appointment for the next business day soon as the weather cleared. She was so unprofessional with the office even curse and used bad words and was unprofessional with the way that she tried to set an appointment. When we completed the work after the we clean the spot where there was some insulation and dust the we ask the agent nicely if she was the one who use the bad language to our staff member she said yes then she changed and got an attitude so we just finished the work, cleaned and left. This agent practically threatened us with Revdex.com. I just don't think that the company has to be on the defense and it should be told that Matt did the work and everything was done correctly. Please property managers and agents treat your waiters who serve you and any other company with respect.
