This letter is in response to the complaint you received from our tenant *** *** who currently resides at *** *** ** *** The tenant's complaint regarding the non operating washing machine was sent via
email on Sunday November to our officeOur office is closed on the weekend we did not received a phone call on either of our emergency phone numbers on Sunday November notifying our office of the non operational washing machine. We receive 100's of emails everyday and we try our very best to answer them as quickly as possibleOn November Mr*** contacted our office regarding his washing machine and he was informed that the owner of the rental purchased a warranty with her washing machineThe owner purchased the washer last year from ***' *** and *** storeWe informed him that we contacted the owner and is waiting for a replyWhen we received the email from the owner stating that her warranty expired we immediately contacted an *** repair person on 11/The *** repair person went out to the rental on 11/and completed the repairThe washer had a broken motor couplingThis repair was done within days from receipt of the email on 11/
We have never ignored a tenants request for repairs to a rental unitWe have done every repair that the *** have requested in a timely mannerIn May when the *** took occupancy their refrigerator stopped working and a new refrigerator was delivered on the following day. We try to adhere to the landlord tenant code for any non emergency repairs and have the repair done within days. All emergency items are taken cared of within days unless something unforeseen happens. Attached are all of the repairs that was done to Mr*** rental
